Description of Work: Years ago he was the general contractor for major work. Now when I need warranty info on roof, he doesn't reply to emails or calls.

+ -1 moreBuba did the plans, got the approvals and permits, and performed the construction work. He's a licensed engineer, so he can do plans and seal them himself, cutting down on costs. He and his crew built a lanai on the back of our mid-century house in Old Northeast St. Petersburg. He blended it perfectly into the 1940's structure, and most people are astonished that it was an addition. The addition is so seamless that it looks like part of the original structure. There were absolutely no problems. When one of his subcontractors did not measure up on a small part of the job, he redid it in 24 hours, and it was perfect. He's the best contractor we have ever used, and we've renovated multiple houses in a number of different states.
