Description of Work: Installed new AC system. They left a ladder and tools at my place. They brought an experienced person and a non-experienced person. It wasn't a good experience. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: They were punctual and diagnosed the problem with the A/C fan module. They cleaned the fan and replaced the module and the unit is blowing stronger than it has in years.

Description of Work: Replaced AC condensor and air handler. Don the salesman came across as honest and believable. I compared what was being offered by ARS and Sears and decided on ARS because Don was more thorough in his accessment and documentation. Installers Chris and Shaun were punctual, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done under the expected timeframe. All in all everything went well from beginning to end. I hope the installation was done correctly as with these jobs only time will tell.

Description of Work: Since I had purchased my AC from this company, I called them out when the AC was not cooling properly. They came an hour late(after the 4 hour window). They installed a new thermostat, cleaned condenser and flushed the system. The price they charged was exorbitant. When I called the office to complain about the thermostat charge ($489) which you can buy online for $65, they said they had charged for a more expensive model (in error) than the one they installed. So, the credited me back about $190. Not a pleasant experience knowing that I was being ripped off - especially since this is a condo rental, so I wasn't on-site when they came and had to rely on my tenant to tell me about the model they installed. Further, they said they would mail the invoice to my home, and I have not received this yet.
