Description of Work: I called ARS for an air conditioning issue. The guy that came out went into my attic with no tools and came back down stating the my compressor was bad and proceeded to sell me a whole new system for around10,000. I decided to obtain a second opinion. The other company I called sent out a guy who went up to the attacks and took pictures showing the problem which was a clogged drain pipe. He unclogged the drain and a year later, the air conditioner still works just fine.

Description of Work: Air conditioning install and repair. Very customer minded. Professionalism from the customer service representative, the technicians and management staff. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: I really like for plumbing, a/c repair, and etc. I have used this company for 6 yrs. now. They merged with Leons, who I used for many years previous.

Description of Work: My air was down since Saurday. They just fixed it. I have never had this bad of experience with a comoany. They are understaffed. They have too many customers with not enough staff to accomodate us. I am going to write a letter. The tch was good once he got here. The office was behind.

Description of Work: They improperly installed our a/c unit, we can't use it, they refused to work with us to make it right. Very poor workmanship, lack of follow up, refuse to honor guarantee, still hasn't passed city inspection. I do not recommend this company for anyone.
