Arbor Source Professional Tree Care

Caitlin Dewitt came and looked the job over. She also came by again when the work was being done which I thought was really cool. I expected a couple guys to come out and work for half a day. Instead they sent five people who knocked the job out in a couple of hours. Everyone knew what to do and there was zero confusion or wasted time.

Excellent! Phil O'Conner and his arborists know what they are doing. They show up in uniform with complete safety gear. They have a bucket truck for tall trees. They know the proper way to trim trees, and their saws are sharpened to provide consistently clean cuts. They clean up all the debris and haul it away when they are done. The contrast with the absolutely horrendous job performed next door by some "chainsaw cowboys" couldn't be greater, yet Arbor's cost was comparable to what our neighbor paid. We have worked with Arbor before and we are satisfied customers. Great crew!

Phil, the owner, walked us through our property and assessed the state of the trees, the looming deadwood, and explained the results we can expect from a variety of treatment options. He also identified invasive species on our lot and their repercussions to the other plants. He and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and completed the deadwood removal efficiently and safely. Their sense of aesthetics is also apparent in how beautifully balanced the tree canopy looks now. We're so pleased with the results; the trees are no longer crowded and the yard looks great! We'll be calling Arbor Source for the next phase of our tree work.

Arbor Source really impressed me. The owner Phil is very professional and so is his crew. From the minute they arrived, they worked efficiently, accurately....I mean everyone wasted no time doing their particular job. The operator of the crane was so awesome as was the guy in the tree to the guys on the ground. Each section of wood was removed carefully and every single bit of debris was cleaned up. They did NOT stand around taking breaks, smoking, texting etc. NO these guys are so skilled at what they do it builds your confidence and trust. I mean the entire ordeal was like something you would see on a TV show. Phil was very diligent in returning my phone calls, arriving on time and when he said he would. My yard was immaculate when they left. I took lots of photos because the experience needed to be documented. Great job!
