Sudesh came highly recommended by friends. Our A/C had died and we came home to a very hot house. I called Sudesh who set up an appointment for the next day. He was on time and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He also explained in layman terms what was wrong. Our air handler needed to be replaced (it was about 20 years old so not a surprise) but nothing else did (unlike what other companies had told us). Sudesh said he could put one in within a few days. To keep us cold for the next few days, he put in refrigerant in our current unit and didn't charge us for it. We were going through difficult times and really appreciated his concern. He came back as agreed a few days later with a brand new air handler that cost us half of what the other companies charged. He even installed a backup heat system that we never had before. It was an all-day 2-person job, and when he left, there wasn't even a mess in the garage! He didn't charge us extra for anything, and even took out one charge for a filter he wasn't able to use after all. Many other companies would have left that in. Sudesh is an honest, straightforward, courteous guy who's willing to explain things without being condescending. He even called a week later to make sure everything was running fine. Wish I'd found him sooner! We?ll definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone.

I am a repeat customer. Sudesh was on time and the estimate was accurate. Sudesh is honest and straight forward. Finished on time and and work area was cleaner than before.

I used Angie's list to find a person to provide an estimate and I thought fix my gas furnace. Sudesh was polite, professional and prompt. He was on time for the appointment he set. I told him that I was only down for a few weeks that I would be back in the spring and when I returned would do an extensive remodel on the house. He spent time diagnosing the problem, answered questions about the efficiency of my air conditioning unit. Ultimately the diagnosis was that the electronic panel that controls the unit was failing. Sudesh told me he would get me an estimate on replacing the panel. He was honest telling me the part was expensive and due to the age of my unit might have trouble locating the replacement part. Sudesh phoned me the next business day stating that he had found the part but it would be roughly $450. Given my circumstance and the age of the HVAC unit he suggested that I hold off on the work. His advice was to address the furnace as part of the larger remodel effort in the spring. As a good business man, he of course asked that he be allowed to bid on the larger job in the spring. He charged me $59 for the diagnostics. I raally appreciated his honesty and what I think is a very reasonable charge for the diagonistic. I will definitely have him bid on the larger job.
