I was promised a delivery time sometime after 1:00 and that I would get a call 30 minutes out. They called about 1:00 and showed up almost exactly 30 minutes later. The two fellows that showed up were quite pleasant, very careful and had a great attitude. I would absolutely consider using this company if I ever need a moving service again.

I highly recommend the movers I had. They had very positive attitudes and worked very hard and diligently on a very hot day. They made our moving experience a very easy and positive experience.

I Moved a large house full of furniture about 50 miles away that required two trips as truck was full. Moved a baby grand piano and many antique furniture pieces and not a scratch. Did find a broken windshield on a scooter after move but it was a tight fit getting past it. Wish they had asked me to move it. Otherwise great guys and they worked till 12:30 at night to get it done. Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for sure.

Men were professional and showed up within the time window quoted. Some plates broke in the move, but overall satisfied with the pricing and service.

Terrible. Owner, Dorian, extremely rude. Bed put together wrong..had to take it apart and still not done correctly as of today 12/21. I moved 10/29. Don't use them. They are not professionals. Please stay away from this moving company!!!I really regret choosing AMR moving for so many reasons. Dorian the owner will not answer his phone, text, or email. Once you pay that's it. The 3 guys we used were supposed to be "the best movers" they have. That must be a joke. We were moving from a small apartment downtown tampa to .9 miles away. One bedroom set, and typical apartment stuff. We were quoted it should take 2-3 hours. Which I figured since it took us two, 2 hours to move everything and we had 2 bedrooms full it should take less time with 3 guys!! I THOUGHT WRONG. They will waste time, saran wrap pillows, and sheets, and things that don't need it to just waste your time. The guys were late, disrespectful, and extremely SLOW!! My apartment is on 2nd floor and the stairs are 5 feet from my front door, they didn't have one item in the moving truck until 3 hours upon their arrival, and didn't leave our apartment until 4 hours in!!! I really wish I could rate them 0stars, because that's what they truly deserve!! The move ended up taking almost 7 hours, and let me remind you it's one bedroom moving .9 miles away. They were extremely careless, dropping boxes, stacking boxes on top of fragile boxes, and waisted so much time, took multiple breaks, ate food out of my refrigerator, and used my bathroom, and let's A HUGE mess!. We ended up unpacking our stuff in the days after and found computer screens, all of our dinner ware, wine glasses, cases, pots, plates, artwork, frames and about 25 items broken and in pieces. DORIAN doesn't care after you pay. He said their not liable for anything and he blamed us for a horrible packing job, and basically said today, a week later "too bad, I'm not giving you any $ back". This company is a joke, and I guarantee it will happen to you if you use them. If you read their reviews you will see some of the same outcomes. They're extremely unprofessional, careless, and absolutely pathetic given their name "Americans most RELIABLE". I wish I could say something good about them, but there is nothing to say. I would never use them again, pay a little more and use a better company. I will be reporting the company to BBB and make sure no one I know will ever use them.

FIRST OFF THEY WILL QUOTE YOU FOR 3 HOURS THEN TAKE 7! NEXT THEY WILL ARRIVE LATE AND WRAP EVERYTHING YOU OWN IN SARAN WRAP BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES! THIS ONLY EXTENDS THE TIME THEY TAKE TO MOVE AND THEY KNOW IF THEY BREAK ANYTHING THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! NEXT THEY WILL FINALLY GET TO MOVING YOUR ITEMS, ONLY TO DROP THEM, TURN THEM UPSIDE DOWN AND THROW THEM AGAINST THE FLOOR. WE WROTE FRAGILE AND DO NOT DROP ON MULTIPLE BOXES, BUT THEY COULD CARE LESS! WE FINALLY GOT TO UNPACKING OUR ITEMS AFTER WAITING FOR 3 LAZY MEN TO MOVE A 1100 SQUARE FOOT APARTMENT 7 HOURS AND PAYING THEM ALMOST $600! THIS IS WHERE THE FUN STARTS! PREPARE TO FIND MULTIPLE ITEMS BROKEN AND SMASHED. WE SAW ONE ITEM WHILE THE MOVERS WERE STILL HERE AND CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT, BUT THEY TRIED TO BLAIME US, SAYING THE BOXES WEREN'T STURDY ENOUGH. EVENTUALLY WE UNPACKED EVERYTHING AND FOUND OVER 15 ITEMS BROKEN. WE CONFRONTED THE OWER DORIAN ABOUT IT AND AT FIRST HE WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN OUR CALLS, FINALLY AFTER WE THREATENED HIM WITH A LAWSUIT HE CALLED US AND ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO BLAIM US FOR THE BROKEN ITEMS. WE ARE STILL PURSUING A LAWSUIT AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! THEY ARE CHEAP, SLOW, AND THE MOVERS HATE THIER JOB! THEY COMPLAIN AND ACT AS IF ITS OUR FAULT THEY CHOOSE WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! COMPLETE GARBAGE COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!

Professional and punctual move of a piano i bought and needed brought home.

It went extremely well. Amos, Blackmore and Dante worked quickly and efficiently and with special care to ensure not one piece of furniture they moved was damaged. The men worked very well together. They made a monumental job looked easy and they did it quickly. I never expected to have this job, that I had dreaded for so long, to go so smoothly and pleasantly...I am grateful to have met these men and would not hesitate to call on them to help me with future moves.

Extremely well. The men were very fast, efficient and took extra care to protect everything they moved. I was so impressed with their professionalism and courtesy as they helped me get everything moved in a record time with not one misstep. They worked well very well together and whenever the need arises, I will hire them again. This an A++ team. I thank them for a job well done!

Amazing! I can't recommend this company highly enough. The three movers were very professional and pleasant. They really could not have worked harder or done a better job. We were so pleased and grateful to them for a tough job well done!! And we really felt that the price was low for how much difficult work they did -- we tried to make up for it in their tips!!! Top notch!!!

Since I had surgery a week before moving, I hired AMR to load my family's belongings into the moving trailer. Movers were friendly. However, a 3-hour estimate turned into over 6 + hours: they took frequent breaks, and they didn't utilize hand trucks or the trailer's loading ramp, all of which seemed to slow down the process quite a bit. Upon unloading, we discovered some of our property - about $1,500 worth - was damaged. The movers who unloaded us at our destination commented that it was the worst packing job they had ever seen in 15 + years and that it seemed AMR had no respect for our property. A box labeled "fragile," which contained crystal and Lladro, was handled with such negligence that it was crushed and some of the contents broken. Worst part is the owner refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for the damaged property. He hides behind the contract, and he blames the packing, the trailer company, and the movers who unloaded us. Also, after I called to share my concerns, they have stopped answering my phone calls. They must see the incoming number. I would NOT recommend AMR if you are looking for quality movers who will stand behind their work.

I was very impressed with these guys. Ernest, Amos, and Mark were very kind, polite, professional, and just all around great to work with. And they had great music! They handled all of my items with care, and man are they fast!! I couldn't believe their speed. I have some very large and heavy furniture that I was worried about getting in the new doorway, but they made it through with ease. My mattress did get a little crumpled in the move but I think the kink has worked itself out and there was only a teeny tiny ding in one wall in the stairway. But overall, I was very impressed with these guys and with the entire moving experience. I absolutely would use them again and I highly recommend them. Oh, and it was also amazing how much they could fit in that truck!

Great! The guy in charge was polite, energetic and efficient. His two helpers were careful with our stuff and worked quickly. The move ended up taking 4 hours but was well worth the price we paid

The 3 men that provided the service were wonderful-- prompt, very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They worked quickly and needed minimal direction. Once we arrived at the home, they unloaded the truck quickly and placed the items in the home. These 3 young men appeared as if they really enjoyed their work. I will be moving to South Carolina in 2 years, and I wish I could use them for that move!
