The company told me they were booked up until October, so were unable to provide the service. They communicated this both by promptly calling me and sending a message. No complaints, just an impossible deadline for them to meet. I have found another offer that should solve my requirements.

America's Most Reliable Movers arrived on time and took the care to shrink wrap the bed, box spring and a recliner. They made sure not to bump the walls as they maneuvered the furniture through the hallway. All of the goods were secured in the truck. The remainder of the items were picked up from the storage facility and everything was unloaded and moved to a second floor apartment. The entire move was completed in less than two hours. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and recommend them to my friends.

Moved items that I requested. When I went back to previous location noticed curtains were closed in room furniture was moved . Thought this was unusual as curtains were always open. When curtains were opened I discovered that the wooden blind slats where broken.(4).The movers must have smashed them with the mattress or their body while moving the mattress. They closed curtains to cover their damage. Contacted company next day and they denied they damaged the blinds. Said they are not responsible for paint or walls. This was not something that could be fixed with some paint. Cost me 150.00 to repair.Filed complaint with credit card co. Buyer beware they will cover up damage and claim they didnt do it!!!

They are the best. This is the second time I have used them in 3 months. And I would use them on any move.

The company tried to see if they could fit me in, after I contacted them, but they were booked fully. Most of it was my fault because I failed to realize that their contact would not be by phone but email and I was waiting for their call.

The moving company personel where punctual and efficent, and completed the task within thier estimated time and on budget.

The moving company did a fine job. Arrived on time, worked diligently till my 2 pods were loaded, were polite and friendly throughout. There was an error in Angies List ad that this company was not responsible for, so, my price had to be re-negotiated. However, it was taken care of, the work was done in an excellent manner, and Angies List stepped in to acknowledge their error in placing this companies ad, even compensated me for the charges not listed in their incorrectly placed ad. All in all, excellent service from all involved!

The movers were great-hustled the entire time, had a great attitude and wrapped all of my exposed items very carefully before placing in truck. They also boxed up all of my miscellaneous items that I didnt have a chance to pack. The finished very close to their 2-hour deadline. I only gave them a B on Punctuality because they arrived about 15 minutes after their scheduled two hour window, but once they arrived they went straight to work!

A crew of three arrived promptly on time. They were extremely efficient, didn't waste any time and were careful with the furniture. In addition they were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. I had bought a 'twofer' coupon where I got 2 hours of a truck plus 3 men for the price of one hour, plus a $60 travel charge. Not too long ago I had bought a similar coupon for a different company who was very uncooperative when they found out I did not want them for longer, so I was almost apologetic when I called AMR to inquire about booking, but they could not have been nicer. They scheduled me within a week, sent me a written confirmation, called me 2 days ahead to confirm, called the day ahead to confirm the time, and called the day of the move to confirm they were on their way. A nice clean truck arrived, knew how to park (which is no mean feat with these big trucks in small communities), and 3 lovely young men told me to relax and just show them what to do. They were willing to pack, didn't mind climbing over things (I was less than well organized because I'm moving in stages), and worked with me to figure out what we could reasonably move within my 2 hour budget (I had been conservative in my estimates and they wound up moving my bed and dresser which I didn't think we'd get to). A supervisor (fourth person) actually drove the truck, one man's main job was loading and organizing the truck, and the other two were great and fast! at wrapping things safely, packing and loading. They arranged it so we put things in my new house first (exactly where they belonged), and then they had enough time left to spend some time reorganizing my storage unit so that everything they unloaded was maximally accessible to me. All this while being cheerful and pleasant as well as efficient. Their prices (even without a coupon) are quite reasonable and they are happy to do small as well as large jobs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. They live up to their name - certainly the most reliable and responsive movers I've met in a long long time (and I've moved 5 times in the past 10 years).

They arrived on time and kept to their estimate. They wrapped everything very well. They were professional and courteous. They knew how to take apart and put everything together. We are very pleased and will be using them again in the near future.
