AMR Movers moved our living room furniture (including a piano) from the second floor to the first while we had our floors refinished, then moved everything back up to the second floor after the work was done. The movers were very helpful and worked very efficiently. There was no truck involved, but everyone has to pay a transportation fee.

The crew, Deano, BJ and Ernis, were punctual, professional and well mannered. They were joyful and hardworking. I provided my own blankets for then to wrap my furniture. They did a good job of moving my stuff into the unit. It was a tight fit.

When I called to set up appointment for the Big Deal coupon I purchased the woman who answered told me she was unaware of the coupon and I was unable to schedule appointment. I was disappointed that the provider didn't even know about the coupon on Angie's List.

My actual moving experience wasn't bad, it was how I was treated by the owner that is absolutely outrageous. The movers accidentally kept a piece to my bed frame (and left an old piece with me that was on their truck). They also left 6 moving pads. I called immediately after they left and informed them of this and they said they would return. After not hearing from them for a week, I called the main office and was informed by the owner that this was all my fault, and that I purposefully stole the moving pads and asked if I tipped the movers to leave them there? He refused to return the piece to my bed frame and called me a thief even though I called him to inform him of what happened. In my life, I like to deal with honorable people, so unless you want to be accused of something DO NOT do business with AMR.

They're unprofessional, they don't stand behind their work and they damaged my furniture. They had me sign a contract afterwards, stating that they were not liable for any of the damage of my furniture, unknowns to me. She uses a bait and switch on Living Social where they want you to pay them directly and not Living Social.

Not only did it take long - 5 hours to move a few pieces of furniture (2 hours drive time), they damaged the products. My fridge were wedged through the openings without taking off the doors. It left the doors scratehed and damaged. I called the company and they said the owner would get back to me and did not. At this point, it is my obligation to let other people know that the services to use the Angie's deal and the movers put us in a terrible spot where we have damaged furniture that cost us even more than the move itself.

It was a good deal for 3 movers for 2 hours, they showed up on time and were courteous and did a good job.

I contacted the provider through Angie's List for a quote to move the contents of a large house to another a short distance away. They quickly scheduled an estimate and provided a straight forward price for the work to be done. After meeting with them I agreed to hire them for the job. They showed up with a crew of six on the day scheduled on time. They packed my home and moved everything to my new residence. I can't begin to say enough good things about this team. They worked non stop for almost twelve hours and did a truly exceptional job. They deducted thirty minutes of time for lunch, but I don't think they ever stopped working. These guys had such good attitudes and personalities that I thouroughly enjoyed having them in our house. They were so careful with everything and didn't leave one scratch at all. In the end, the price was exactly as expected if not less. There were no surprises and they worked together so well. I don't ever want to move again but I would highly recommend America's Most Reliable Movers to anyone that has to. These guys, and girl, are simply the best!

Good service all around moving polite & professional.

I would have preferred an earlier confirmation call one or two days before move date instead of the day of the move. I was starting to fear they forgot me...but when they called and said they were 20 minutes away I was finally relived they didn't forget me. Each mover greeted me with a handshake and hello. They viewed what needed to be done and they took charge and wrapped each piece before moving to the truck. They were able to follow me to the new complex and started the unloading process. I expected it to take about 2 hours but they were done in 90 minutes. A small piece from the bottom of a lamp did break off during the move which they brought to my attention with an apology. One of the men fixed this small foot piece and it's fine now. I was pleased they brought this to my attention instead of me finding a broken piece after they left. All went well beyond my expectations. I will call them again and recommend to anyone who needs a mover.
