We just purchased this home and it was in dire need of being cleaned. They showed up on time and took their time to get the job done properly. They were knowledgeable curious and professional. The property looks like new now. The cost was more than fair for the value. Would definitely hire them again without question!

Everything went great they showed up on time, in uniform and very professional. I have a large 5 bedroom Ranch style house, they cleaned all my gutters first and then got to work on my 5 year old tile roof that had become mildewed. After a few hours of application of the chemicals and clean up they started pressure washing my drive way. Looks spectacular. Would recommend to anybody who has a tile or shingle roof and does not want somebody trampling all over it.

There really isn't much to say: they just did a great job! They were a couple minutes past appointment time but no biggie and they kept me notified. Got the job done quickly and well, and were courteous and professional. My house looks a million times better than before -- all the grime and mildew is gone. Didn't even realize how nasty my driveway was til I saw it clean! Will definitely be using them again when the rains inevitably bring life back to my siding.

The roof looks immaculate. I don't see any damage to the shingle - I appreciate that they know how to clean shingle. Additionally, all plants and grass were left clean and in great shape. No damage at all. Despite a good pitch to the roof they did not have any problem getting to the areas.

I spoke with Carol who was extremely pleasant to deal with. She took my information and said that I would get a return call that evening, which I did. We discussed price and availability and set a date. I was told that they would be at our home by 9:30 A.M. They arrived five minutes early, and after introductions to Larry and the crew, they immediately commenced working. In about two and a half hours later, our house looked better than it ever has since we've owned it. I had been quoted between 250.00 and 300.00. When the job was finished, I was presented a bill for 250.00, which speaks to both their honesty and professionalism. We would definitely use and recommend All Surface Pressure Cleaning!

This is the third time that I've had Larry and his crew come out; I've had all the same surfaces cleaned before, and just go them all done because everything's gotten pretty bad over the years. Homeowners association was insisting I have some of it cleaned. As always, they were responsive and professional, and they came out on time with a team to do the work. All of it was carefully done (I was nervous the first time about walking on the tile roof, but no worries anymore with All Surface), and the house/roof and driveway/walk/deck look great. There were some stains that are gone, and I even got friendly advice on how to remove different types of stains on my other house that I've never been able to get off. I would highly recommend All Surface, and I will continue to use them in the future. I talked with Larry for a while after they finished to tell him I'd give him a good Angies List review (I rent this house and use Angie's list extensively for all sorts of contractors), and he mentioned a bad review that he got recently that brought his grade down. I can't imagine these guys getting a bad review, but I guess some people are a bit unreasonable.. Dont let the bad review worry you; Larry and his team will do a great job....

First let me begin by saying my husband and I like to support small businesses and have contacted Larry, the owner, many times via phone and email and have given him ample amount of time to correct issue, which he has not done. With that being said, All Surface Pressure Cleaning may be the most unprofessional and worst company my husband and I have ever utilized. We were guaranteed that solution used on sidewalks and such were non caustic and safe for our garden and grass. All grass, and plants that came in contact with solution used have died. Secondly, we've recently had our three tiered deck stained. Some mold grew, which is normal for Florida, so Larry offered to "clean" the deck. He states he "did this as a favor" yet my entire, newly stained, deck has a white coat due to using bleach on a newly stained deck. I sent picture texts of my deck to Larry who stated the company who painted our deck used "cheap paint". He had me contact the company who painted our deck, which I did, then Larry was going to contact the company and this was the last I've heard from Larry. During one phone conversation Larry said "why didn't you clean your own deck?". Well, I didn't clean my own deck because All Surface Pressure Cleaning's website specifically states they "use non damaging, soft washing cleaning methods" and are supposed to be the EXPERTS, not me. Their website also discusses how they can clean decks BEFORE the deck would be stained. Why did Larry clean our deck when he knew it was recently stained? Finally, we have a nice stone walkway in our backyard with black filler in between the stones. Larry thought the black filler was mold and pressure washed it away, ruining the stone path. I have pictures to prove my statement, but do not know how to upload them as I'm new to Angie's List. Maybe this review will catch the companies attention and they can correct their mistake, but I have a feeling they will continue on ruining people's hard work on their homes.

They did a good job. They were in and out, and it looks great. I'm very pleased!

They did a good job on the roof cleaning but unfortunately the chemicals they used killed a lot of grass on the ground. One person on the roof would spray and somebody down on the ground with clean water but either they just didn't concentrate too much or something because I have a couple of areas where the grass still hasn't come back. A neighbor had used them and so I went with them. They did a good job. Their price was okay and in line with others as I did get estimates from someone else. I did look at other peoples histories in my neighborhood and I thought their price was reasonable. I really had no problems with responsiveness. I called and they called back to give me a price. They showed up on time. I would use them again but I would have a big discussion beforehand to make sure that they did whatever was necessary to fill in the grass.

Provider showed up on time and proceeded to clean the entire two story roof. They first blew all loose material off. After this they applied 2-3 coats of a non-pressure roof cleaning mildew treatment they refer to as a biocide solution. They constantly were rinsing off my plants to ensure no damage to the landscaping. They also cleaned all the facia boards, drip edge and gutters inside and fronts. The roof hasn't looked this good since the day it was installed. When finished with the roof they cleaned up all the walk paths in the garden and the front of the house. Excellent job.

I needed to get my roof cleaned and had a tight schedule. The house was for sale and the work had to be completed prior to open house. The roof had never been cleaned before and had some discoloration and mildew on it. When I phoned the company on a Saturday, I gave my address and approximate square footage of 2200 sf. The following Monday I spoke with Carol and explained my situation of the scheduling. She told me she will see what she could do and get back to me. Later that morning she phoned and they were able to come that Monday afternoon after a small job. Otherwise their schedule was pretty full. I had phoned other companies and either did not hear back from them, or the scheduling could not be satisfied. The crew of four came at 2PM and they were completed before 5PM. They used and quot;eco-greenand quot; products. They applied 3 coats of non-pressure bio-cide treatment. The dirt and mildew was completely gone and the roof looks white again. I was so impressed with the attention they paid to my plants, hosing them off constantly while the work on the roof was being performed. There was massive oak pollen on the roof (that time of year) and all of it was cleared and picked up from the driveway. The edges of the roof tiles were cleaned as well as the vertical walls and eves. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and willingness to work me into the schedule. Excellent work and I highly recommend them to anyone.
