AIR SOLUTIONS INC

I inherited work done by this company on my new home, so I continued using them, hoping they'd honor the previous work that they did. They came in and immediately told me that I needed an entirely new a/c unit and compressor. I replaced the a/c unit but left the compressor. Months later I had additional issues with the unit and called them again. Again they said I would need to replace the compressor, charged me an emergency consultation fee, and I let them go on their way. The next day I called someone, Chris Locateli. The contractor arrived and within 10 minutes, replaced the faulty part and all was well. He didn't even charge me, I guess b/c he felt so bad that Air Solutions had ripped me off like that. Air Solutions and all of their consultants deserve the Hall of Shame.

Needed to get 2nd opinion to perform work properly. This company did not have the expertise to figure out the problem

I had called them at 7:30 p.m and they were here at 9 p.m. I picked them out of the phone book as I was in need for some cooler air and they did a terrific job, they fixed the a/c that night when the company I had contracted with didn't even return my phone call. They blew out the drain which was clogged with solid material and cleaned the filter. They are coming back to check on a possible freon leak.

Promised same day service with 2 installers, one of which a board certified electrician manager who originally answered call and sold the system. Only one showed up and had to be asked to leave at 10 pm so I could go to bed. Despite several calls/complaints to owner, the other person did not show up until the next day. Both showed up the next day, left without notice for 1.5 hrs, then returned to do the work. Was told he did not come by the first day so the one person did not have to split the fee. Work would have been completed the first day had both shown up as promised. Pre-paid for duct work sealing, and after 4 no shows and threat of law suit, finally got work completed. Not given itemized bill and owner seemed surprised by cost charged...later explained I was charged an emergency service fee that was not mentioned at time of sales agreement. Later estimates by other companies indicated I may have been over charged by $2000-$3000.

NOW I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM, THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPLY TO THE MANY MESSAGES I HAVE LEFT.
