We always strive for an A rating. According to my records, we came to your home on two occasions last year. Our first visit was because your system was not cooling, we diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor, which we repaired and you asked us to return 2 days later to do routine maintenance on your system which we did at a discounted Angie's List rate. As is our policy, we attempted to contact you on 3 occasions to be reminded that it was again time to perform maintenance on your system, at which time you submitted your request to not be contacted again. I am uncertain as to why almost after we performed your service you give us a B rating instead of an A when there was no reported issues at the time of service. If you require our services again, we will do all that we can to make certain that you are, 100% completely satisfied and that we are deserving of an A rating.

Description of Work: They performed annual maintenance on the system they installed in Aug 2013. The cost of $800 was for removing mold in the vent system. Andrew who also installed the system in 2013 performed the maintenance and was very thorough and clean. He also showed me how to check my vents, inspected all my filters in the house, checked the registered temp to actual, inspected the handler in the attic and the outside unit.
