Description of Work: CONDO WAS INSPECTED BEFORE FINAL PURCHASE. ARRIVED EARLY, COMPLETED JOB BUT MISSED A WINDOW AND DIDN'T KNOW TO CHECK THE DISHWASHER FOR SOAP BUILDUP. (THIS WAS NOT A NEW CONDO) IT WAS A GOOD JOB, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Description of Work: Ken has done 2 homes for us, and he has been absolutely wonderful. Hes professional, accurate, and checks out everything in a home. He charged me $150 per inspection, and gave me the report before he left. Very trustworthy.
