The guy that owns it, is just over the top for customer service, I am process in the process of using him again, and I would not use anyone else, his work is outstanding.

We decided to use them because they had ways of removing the tree without taring up our lawn. They had ways of people coming in and them taking it down by hand limb by limb. This was a 4 foot in diameter, 55 feet tall and about 50 years old tree. They did a fantastic job. The price was good even though they may have been more expensive then others they had everything we wanted, they had their documents and their permits.

They were very professional and kind. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. They supplied all their insurance papers for me to see. They not only have General Liability, but Workman's Comp insurance; that is often missed when tree service companies say, "They're insured". Bill, the owner, told me that a tree company must not be without Workman's Comp because if they fall and injure themselves on your property, they can sue you for all their medical bills; General Liability does not cover that. Bill is a good "bargainer", so have your research done on various quotes before getting his price (as with anyone of course). I received a very good price from Bill, I think. He was even nice about the bees, which wasn't part of the job. They weren't "Africanized" bees, which Bill knew; he is an arborist. He just continued and they did not sting anyone (we later hired a beekeeper to take the bees to a safe home elsewhere).

Very impressed with them. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job at a far better price than some other companies.

They cleaned up after themselves and were also on time. I had expensive things done. They have certified Arborists and I will be using them again.
