+ -1 moreThey come every five-six months to do like a refresh of what they've done. The first time there was some kind of a fee and then they have been coming out every couple of months. It has been a nominal fee. The person who came out was Charles. He is very professional, very polite and very courteous. If there is something that cannot be done, he will tell you right off the bat. For example, there were fruit files and mosquitoes and he was like, "We can't take care of those. We can't professionally do anything, but here are some tips and tricks that our other folks have followed."
Description of Work: They sprayed the entire house because we were seeing a lot of ants and little roaches and little bugs coming in.

+ -1 moreWe have them on a year contract. It is kind of like a guarantee and if we see one bug they will come back and spray again. There is not an additional charge for that. We are very comfortable with them. It is the same guys. They are very responsible, respectful, friendly and trustworthy. We think there are cheaper ones out there but they don't have the quality.
Description of Work: We use Aardvark Termite & Pest Control quarterly for general spraying.

+ -1 moreHe has a very professional and caring manner. The charges have only increased small amounts over the years. Charlie was recommend to me by a friend, and I would certainly recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: Charlie has provided my pest control services for more than 8 years. I have chosen yearly pest control service. (He offers other options). He will come back, without charge, for any new bugs found, which has happened a few times over the years. Each time it was a small problem that he re-treated that same day, without cost!
