The technician Robert was professional; he was courteous, wore a mask and definitely knew exactly what the issue was. He definitely knows what the most common issues are between refrigerator brands. Very good diagnostician and knows his trade. There was no guessing involved. He had the part in his truck and installed it right away. In terms of service response. I requested a quote on Angies list in the early morning hours and by 7:30 AM I received a call from them. The service call would be before 12 Noon and he was at the house by 10:30 AM. Thank you for the prompt service and professionalism by all, especially Robert. Definitely will call them again if needed and will recommend them to friends and neighbors. Don't let Robert leave your company, he's a gem.

We had two problems with our washing machine. The were quickly and properly diagnosed and repaired. The cost was very, very reasonable. Chris was our technician and he was very professional and personable. Would not use any other company for appliance repairs. Strongly recommend.

Bob arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He listened and gave his professional opinion regarding an ongoing problem we’ve been having for a while. I appreciated that he didn’t want to go over board and replace everything. He tweaked it and he thinks this should work. If not he wrote down the model number so all I have to do is call and they will order the part for us. If it’s within 30 days we do not have to pay for another service call. Just the parts. I was very pleased.

He had protective gloves on and was polite, had anti-bacterial wipes. He was here 10-15 minutes and got things working, diagnosed the issue. He did not try to over sell anything. He advised when the motor does eventually go out, it is best to buy new.

I can’t say enough good about this company. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them with the same technician (Chris) each time and always friendly, courteous and professional. Twice there weren’t even any parts required. This time he did need a part which he got the same day and returned in the evening to install it.I highly recommend AACO!

Technician came promptly, diagnosed and order part, if the part fixed it it would cost X and if not only Y for a service call, very fair! Part came in and it was fixed, and we paid for the part. More than fair! Thank you for being professional!

It was real good, were happy. They care about the customer a lot. They help me out quite a bit about the budget.

Our technician, Chris, was polite and professional opting for not replacing parts if we didn’t absolutely need to. He accurately identified the problem and took care of it, offering his mobile number to call if it didn’t work properly once ice was again being made. The only minor negative is that I was told he’d arrive within an hour or two and after calling at the 3 hour mark was told he was running behind. He’d still come but later than I wanted on that day. We agreed to have him come early the next day, which he did giving us a call that he was on his way.

Spoke to them on Monday morning. Serviceman Chris was at my house before noon the same day. He found the problem in about 15 minutes, and order the need part. Next he returned, installed the part and the unit has never worked as good. Great service

Good, but very expensive; I've been told this was much too much money for the job and part. Also, no itemized bill. I will not use Angie's list again because of these reasons.

The response was almost immediate by their call center. The technician would benefit from some customer service skills but did the job.

Fantastic! Thrilled! They came out in a couple of hours, on Good Friday, evaluated the situation, returned with the needed part later that afternoon and installed the main board. Everything is now running beautifully. In the future when needed, I will be calling AACO and nobody else!!

The repairman came that day. Unfortunately the compressor on my 17 year old refrigerator was broken, and it was not worth repairing. However I appreciated them coming right away and charging a reasonable amount. I was able to start shopping for a new fridge that same day.

Great service. Called in the morning and he was here two hours later. No emergency and did not ask for same day service. Price was almost half of what Sears wanted to just come out.

Went very well. Robert knew exactly what the problem was within minutes. Very professional, even offered a senior discount up front. I just found a new appliance repair service. Called in the morning to schedule an appointment. The gal said someone could be out there in the afternoon. Not long after that Robert called. Same day service...like that.

Arrived promply, found the problem , showed me the problem and ordered the parts. Returned when he said he would. Repaired the dryer, vacumned behind the dryer and cleaned the dryer. Dryer now works great!

Prompt, reasonable and friendly. Have had other repairs in past years, always the best service.

Technician Ed returned after a few weeks with parts for oven and burners. The Oven was fixed. He took the front control knob cover plate off but couldn't fix the front burner, not sure why. H e said he needed two other men to help move the very heavy stove out from the wall as the rear burner could only be accessed from the rear. He put the cover plate back on but the knobs were put on the wrong sequence. I've never heard from the company again. No phone call, no word in approximately 60 days. I will find another company.

Overall the experience was very good! Only complaint is they do not offer to vacuum behind the dryer once they move it out and take off the back. I stopped Robert prior to putting the back dryer plate back on and cleaned it myself. No sense in putting it back all dirty and caked with lint!

They were very responsive; I called them this afternoon after 2 p.m. and they had a gentleman out here within half an hour. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was out in less than an hour. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. They were very punctual and professional. I will use them again in the future.

The refrigerator was warm and would not start up. The Dryer was making a loud noise when used. Both repairs were prompt and very satisfactory.
