glass repair
+ -1 morei sent a clock bezel to have a beveled glass made for it, and they have had it for two years. Have spoke with them many times always with about same response Will find and get it done right away and will call me back within a day to let me know. They never once called me back. Two months ago was told about the same and they never called. Today they say it is being mailed out to me tomorrow with no glass of course. I am glad for that if it happens. I would not recommend them for clock glasses anyway .Years ago I had several done and was pleased. Maybe they just aren't doing beveled glass anymore. Two years of worry about a customer of mines antique part was terrible.

+ -1 moreWHILE THE WORK IS OF GOOD QUALITY, DEALING WITH THEIR OFFICE, LIKE MISCOMMUNICATION, WAS FRUSTRATING. THEY DID NOT CALL BACK OR SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED, THE PRICE QUOTE WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE FINAL COST AND I HAD TO CALL TWICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: REPLACED A BROKEN WINDOWPANE.
