A-Team Trappers

Contacted Heather of A-Team Trappers who set up an appointment for me to meet with Chris at my rental property. Heather was my go-to and was always very pleasant and helpful as to me. Chris assessed where potential problem areas were and suggested a fix(es). Chris's fix(es) made sense to me for a permanent solution to my on-going problem. The monies quoted was more than I had anticipated; Chris suggested breaking it into two payments over a month apart in which in I agreed. A-Team Trappers came out multiple times in which my handyman verified that good progress was being made. I observed the final fixes in which techs Mitch and Ty finished up. I was impressed by those young men as they had no problem going up in the attic, under the sink and around the house checking and completing the job. They alleviated any concerns I had by answering all my questions and showing me the results.

Excellent! After having contacted three diffrent companies,none of which addressed the issues correctly , the rodent problem was not resolved. My local pest control company (does not handle these issues) they highly recommended The A Team Trappers. I am a business owner, I relate to customer concerns, how difficult it is for customer to feel trust,being hesitant, having been disappointed in your expectations when contacting a company for your needs. I can say from my experience with the A Team, with out hesitation they are definitely an A Plus Company.

My wife, 4 kids, and I were at a loss and to the point of hopelessness as to how we had a rat(s) in our flat roof attic space. My dad, an exterminator, came and could not pinpoint where the rodents entry point was located. I resorted to other measures of defense and deflection by trimming back shrubs from the roof lines, laying out bait, and traps. Nothing I did made a difference. I had enough and searched Angie's List to discover A-Team Trappers. I decided to go with them based on the great reviews and great website even though they have fewer reviews and years experience as some other companies. I am very thankful for my decision! I called them and Chris was out to my house the same day to assess our situation and devise a plan! Just having him out and knowing that a professional was on the job brought instant relief to us all. His estimate was free and he could not have been more professional and courteous. He took the time to walk the exterior of my home and answer all my questions. He provided a very reasonable quote without pressuring or pushing any unnecessary service and was out two days later to begin the work. One of the great things about hiring them is not just the trapping and/or removal of the rodents but also the exclusion work they do! He safeguarded several potential entry points on the roof and sides of the house. He didn't use foam but used the proper metal mesh that even rat teeth cannot get around. This is extraordinary peace of mind! On top of the traps, the one way exit valve, and exclusion work, he also performed a FREE smoke test to ensure that we didn't have any plumbing leaks in the house where rodents could enter! We are so impressed. Chris has always been responsive to texts and phone calls which is incredibly important to us. Even one of his technicians, Mitch, was punctual and very professional when he came out. Chris is also very knowledgeable and told me that his 100% success rate in completing jobs is what sets him apart from other companies. He has never walked away from a job. He will always do what it takes to finish the task and satisfy his customer! All around, we have nothing but glowing remarks for Chris and his company. We would highly recommend A-Team Trappers to anyone with wildlife predicaments!

They were extremely prompt and professional. They checked the traps regularly until the rats were gone and then sealed up our building from top to bottom to prevent future critters from entering again. I was very impressed with every point of their service. Chris, the owner, was in contact with me regularly to keep me up to speed on the progress. I would definitely hire them again and would also recommend A-Team Trappers to anyone in need of nuisance animal removal, prevention and clean up! A job well-done!

We heard noises in our attic and wanted whatever it was removed ASAP. A- Team Trappers was able to come out to our house for an evaluation the next morning. They arrived promptly during the window of time they gave me and did a very thorough inspection of our attic. They found ( and showed me many pictures of evidence from up in the attic) proof of rats in our attic. They got to work right away setting traps and coordinating the closing of any gaps or open areas that could allow the rats into the attic. Although evidence showed rats, they did not come back to be caught, but A-Team Trappers was able to catch some Flying Squirrels in our attic. All the openings were closed and attic completed cleaned of any rodent residue. A- Team Trappers was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend their services for any kind or trapping or animal removal services.

Since there were several burrows near my property, it took 3 weeks and multiple traps to finally capture. The folks at A-Team were knowledgeable and persistent.

Hire the A-Team guys! In January 2016 I had a rodent problem. They removed the problem and secured the house. On 2/28/17 I saw what I believe was a snake in my BEDROOM. I freaked out and called A-Team at 11:00 pm. Chris, the owner, was there within 20 minutes. He stayed until after 1 am searching everything in the entire house. Most importantly he put me at ease. These guys are caring people. They are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They taught me what to look for and how rodents and snakes behave. They explained every process and answered all my questions. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. I thought the late night charge would be $349 because it was a different problem, but Chris wouldn't take any money from me. Lifetime guarantee. Both Chris and Dave made me feel like they truly cared. I highly recommend these guys. The money I paid for securing my house in 2016 was totally worth every penny. I have peace of mind knowing I can call on them and they will be there.

Sam and Ian from the A-Team Trappers were very professional. They presented a plan on how to remove the rodents the my attic, and offered options. They checked the activity frequently, and after 10 days checked the attic to make sure the rodents were gone. Once I felt comfortable that all the rodents were gone, they closed up the last point of entry. I had a very good experience with this company and their staff. I highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough positive remarks about A Team Trappers and its owner Chris Cole! This is a follow up review to the one I wrote on 2/1/17. The job of removing the unwanted animals from my attic began as a routine job, however, after the wonderful staff closed every entry point into my attic, they discovered I actually had a problem in one of the pipes in my home. Chris and Sam performed a smoke test which discovered this problem. I had a professional plumber come to the house to find where the hole or crack was. Chris also came to explain to the plumber the results of the smoke test. The plumber was not helpful, and frankly very apathetic. To my astonishment, Chris told me that he and his staff would find the problem and take care of this. That is exactly what they did!!!! This was a stressful time and Chris took care of everything. This may be the most selfless company I have ever worked with. We were at our wit's end trying to figure out how rodents continue to get into our crawlspace and attic areas despite hundreds of dollars in exclusionary work performed (with other companies). Sam came out for the initial appointment and talked through everything. He then inspected the house top to bottom. Amazingly, he did find potential means of ingress that no one else had thought of. He also suggested a smoke test (introducing smoke into the plumbing system to spot any leaks that can be a means of travel from other points outside the home) during a second appointment. This had also been suggested by our prior company, but here is the big difference: we had not spent a dime with A-Team yet, but Sam was not asking for a fee to perform the work (something I would have had no issue with). He said it is not a big deal to perform one and they wanted to help us get to the bottom of what was obviously a frustrating issue. The prior company, and a plumber, were asking for anywhere from $175 to $350 to perform one! We of course agreed. Sam and Dalton came out for the second appointment, explained the process, and performed the test. Sure enough, they quickly spotted a leak where PVC had been fitted to an older cast iron drain line. Mystery potentially solved! For free! That was enough to blow me away about A-Team, but then Sam ALSO said he wanted to be out there when we have a plumber look at the issue, to ensure there was no confusion. I think this was in part because the prior plumber we had out clearly did not understand how the two concepts could be related. Are you kidding me? Offering to come out for free again, with no actual paid service needs in sight?? I won't do that to them, but I was really impressed with the offer. And, most importantly, we've found a provider for life. You can bet they have earned our loyalty. Just a top notch company, both in terms of skill/insight and in customer (sort of!!) care.

Technician arrived early and found where the issue was within 15 minutes. I had a hole in my soffit that was hidden from plain site. Hole in Soffit is repaired and I can finally get a good nights rest without scratching in the walls.

They showed up & set trap. Matt was excellent & had great concern for quality of work & animal care. They picked up possums as requested.

Company came out same day we called them. Excellent service and excellent results.

I am very tough on contractors. I am exhausted by so many in Florida who call themselves professionals and are far from it on every level. That is NOT Chris of A Team Trappers. He answers emails, phone calls, etc., promptly! And backs it up by actually coming when he says he will! Very courteous, knowledgeable and on EVERY level performs like a professional should perform. He actually came to our home because our renter was freaked out by a "sound" in the wall. Chris came over immediately, placed a camera in the wall and sprayed something to help with the smell. Know what he charged me? Nothing. Now he doesn't work for free and someone with this level of professionalism should rise to the top and be paid well for his services (I tried, but he wouldn't take it). So what's going to happen when we really have an issue? I'll be calling this fine young man pronto. He's that good. And has restored my faith in that not all Florida contractors lack professionalism.
