Very well. The company called the day we requested a quote. We scheduled an inspection & estimate for the next day, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving. The technician did an excellent job of looking for animal entry points into our house and told us, after checking out the attic, what type of critters we were dealing with. He gave us a complete, written quote on the spot. His quote was about the same cost as a competitor. The other company wanted to charge a flat rate no matter how much work needed to be done and would not come to the house to inspect the situation, discuss it with us and provide a more specific cost. We decided on a 2-part project with the first part being sealing all entry points ID'd by the technician. (They call this process "excluding" critters in the future.) The second part was trapping and removal of existing critters. The exclusion portion was completed the day of the estimate. The trapping and checking of the traps continued until no more critters were caught within a two week time limit. I have been happy with the work & the results. Very efficient & pleasant workmanship. The office staff and tech were very prompt in returning phone calls. I particularly enjoyed working with Jake, the technician, who has been happy to answer all my questions and willing to negotiate the scope & price for the work. We decided not to pay for the anti-microbial disinfectant spraying in the attic, whic reduced the total price significantly. Jake also was prompt at set appointment times and returned calls immediately.

A team trappers are amazing! They are highly recommend! Their employee Cecelio “C” is extremely proficient with his work and an asset to the company. He did a thorough inspection of the house and closed up every entry and exit point of the house. He came by every other day to check the traps he put up in the attic and resolved the issue we were having (Rats). His team are extremely professional and very nice. The ladies in the office are sweet and helped me with any issues I was having. 100% recommended 5 stars all around.

Tyler came out promptly. He quickly discovered how they were getting in and sealed up the point of entry. He set traps and caught the culprits. He came out several times to follow up. Since he came, no rats. He was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable!

I got more than what I paid for and I have no complaints! James was the tech that came out and he was there everytime he said he would be and he was always on time and worked hard. He was very knowledgeable and would explain in great detail everything that he would be doing! The best pest removal yet!!! I would rehire and I highly reccomend him to anybody that wants to get what they're paying for.

I was literally besides myself when I heard noises of animals in my attic one morning at 3 am! I called A Team Trappers and C (Cecilio) arrived the very next day. He went into my attic and quickly confirmed the noises were from rats living above my head!! He set a bunch of traps in the attic and then proceeded up on my roof to see how these rodents were getting into my ceiling. C was able to fill up any and all spaces that could have been the entry points. Immediately, I felt so reassured that this problem was going to be taken care of, no matter what!! C was persistent, coming by a few times each week to remove the trapped rats. He also rechecked the entire attic and roof each time. He was so reassuring and promised I would be able to enjoy my house again very soon. It took a couple of weeks, but my house is now rat-free, thanks to the amazing job done by C and A Team Trappers!! I recommend this company a million times over!! Super fast response to my first inquiry. The tech kept in touch as far as arrival time and was within 5 minutes of stated time (early!). He quickly evaluated the issue and listened to my concerns. Upon inspection he assured me that the problem was treatable and provided me with multiple solutions. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I highly recommend A Team Trappers.

When I found out I had bats I did not know what to do. This wasn’t something I ever thought could happen. I called several companies and even though they advertise as pest control and bats are technically pests they would not even bother coming out for a quote. I luckily got in touch with A-Team Trappers and not only did they do bat removal they had someone out to my house the next day to give me a quote. Bat removal isn’t cheap but the price quoted was way below what I heard through the neighborhood the last guy with a bat problem paid. Gordon was my technician. He provided 5-star service the whole way through. He called before showing up, showed up when he was supposed to show up. He told me step-by-step all that he was doing during every visit. Gordon was always a phone call away and was always ready to answer my questions. He went above and beyond and always delivered. The whole process went smoothly and I could not recommend A-Team Trappers any more highly.

Brilliant, Hector was calm, professional and re-assuring; noting that we had a bad experience with a vendor we found directly off google and now will only use A-Team going forward. So yes if you've got a random wild animal problem and you're in Coral Gables call A-team and ask for Hector.

Looking for experience and trustworthy company which was hard to find at 3 AM EST; I decided to go a search via “Angie List” and came across “A-Team Trappers “and spoke with Heather. She was pleasant and courtesy and got an appointment the same day to meet with a Technician. After meeting with the Technician name “C”; he has such a great personality and has the knowledge within the field; that he put me at ease. He took the time to explain the process with no pressure and answer all questions. He followed up as promised, provide feedback during his findings and discuss any additional process steps needed (if any), and went above and beyond. “C” provided outstanding customer service. I feel that he is an excellent asset to A -Team Trappers. I would recommend anyone to call and use A-Team Trapper. Overall, this company is very punctuality, offers great customer service, and its employee knowledge.

I call on Wednesday and David came out on Friday: assessed the problem and came up with an action plan to correct. In the process now of identifying where the squirrels are getting in the closing up those openings.

Tom came out and spent a lot of time checking inside my attic for evidence of critters and outside the house for points of entry. He explained in detail what he found and how the removal and repairs would be made. I feel confident that the situation will be taken care of properly and completely!

Tyler checked the outside of the house for entry points & sealed all the holes but one so the rodent could leave & not get back in the house. So far we have not heard any noise coming from the attic. Tyler did an excellent job ridding our house of rodents. We also have a one year warranty. We are very pleased with the job that Tyler did.

I heard scurrying in the attic late on a Saturday night. I called A Team Trappers early on Sunday morning and left a message. They got right back to me and came out that day. A rat had gotten in through a pipe. The technician not only diagnosed the problem and set traps, he was able to find a plumber to come out that same day and fix the problem. The A Team Tech came out twice more to check the traps, and luckily we had no more rats. I have already recommended this company to my neighbors.

Chris was incredible. He did a thorough check of the whole house, including the attic and roof. He did a number of tests, including a smoke test. He also put hardware cloth over some open vents. He knows the habits of rodents and reptiles and was very informative. He did a very thorough job, cleaned up, and was very professional. On top of that, he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. We highly recommend A-Team Trappers!

Chris has been great to work with through the process of removing our mice problem. He’s been committed to removing all our pests and preventing them from coming back! He found more entry point than I could ever imagine all the way from crawlspace vents to even sealing an uncapped sewer line under the house! He and the company truly care about helping and getting the job done the right way. 10/10 would recommend him and his services.
