A PUMP & SPRINKLER INC

Arrived at the appointed time and finished the job in about 2 hours. We are delighted.

They were very responsive and prompt, arriving the next day (as we scheduled) right on time. It took about 30 minutes for Terry to find and diagnose the problem and fix it. They had a very reasonable price and I would use them again. My only negative comment was they didn't shut my yard gates afterwards and I have a little dog that could have run (luckily my dog didn't pull an escape attempt). But overall, I do feel this was a very postive experience.

Terry gave me an estimate over the phone after I described what needed to be done and he came two days later to move the pump. He was an hour early but agreed to come back at the set time. He did a good job moving the pump but his estimate was about $80 more than quoted. He explained why it was more and I'm okay with the final price but was surprised with the amount of increase - it was still slightly less than another quote I had received. Several days later when the pavers needed to be installed, someone missed that a sprinkler head needed to be capped off before they could proceed. I called Terry and, like a good neighbor, he was here within an hour to do the work. He didn't ask for payment but I insisted on giving him $20. We made an appt. for him to return in a few days after the pavers were laid to adjust the other sprinkler heads. He returned and adjusted them and charged me accordingly.

TERRY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN THE IN'S AND OUT'S OF OUR PUMP AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO ME. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WE HAVE HAD NO MORE TROUBLE WITH THE SYSTEM.
