Description of Work: They were excellent. The gentlemans name was Jim Potten. He did a great job by cleaning up after himself. He was very good about a stain that I had on a sheet. He wasnt able to get it but gave me information on how to get it off. It wasnt verbal but handwritten

Description of Work: I recently had Jim Patton shampoo my furniture, in addition to the upholstery cleaning, his company also cleaned the ducts. What an outstanding job. He didnt try to sell anything else, just came in and did what I wanted and did it well and left. I rate him outstanding.

Description of Work: They did a fine job. I just don't think the dry cleaning process works as well as the steam process, though I do have a pet and that may have made it harder.
