To be honest they messed up the wood around the glass. I did not notice it until they left. They did not come back and fix it either. At this point I will not recommend this company. Possibly I may use them in the future.

Thought they were fair and professional, and reasonably priced. Nice to work with.

Removing this mirror was a huge undertaking and I knew that I would need to call professionals. Both men were very competent and they seemed to have the mirror down and outside in record time. They were also very careful with not leaving any broken glass behind. They also gave me a great price on cutting two smaller mirrors out of the large mirror that they removed. Everyone I talked with was extremely personable. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are fantastic! On time for estimate and measure, on time for mirror replacement, costs upfront and on target, even threw in free installation of mirror anchors for another mirror that was not even being replaced! Ethical and friendly.

It was an excellent experience! I called them on Monday and they were able to come-out the next day. I checked with another company in the area and A-Christian had a better price and were able to come-out sooner. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

The estimator arrived on time and took thorough and precise measurements of the shower. He provided a price and time estimate. The time estimate was two weeks; that proved to be accurate. When the glass arrived at their shop we were contacted to set an install appointment. The installers arrived on time, were polite, neat and informative. They were thoroughly professional and went about the job efficiently. The panel was very large and heavy - the shower is on the second floor. The panel is 46" X 90" 1/2" tempered float - nearlty 200 lbs. Their installation was extremely neat and professional.

This is my second time using A-Christian. They did a great job and are very friendly. I think their price for the plexiglass was a little high, but it very well could be a good price - admittedly I did not do a lot of compare pricing. Also, we had a tough time getting off part of the protective coating. No biggie, but no fun to do. All in all, great company and will do business with them again should the need arise.

With an appointment, they came out and precisely measured our wall space in the half-bath guest bathroom and the full sized master bathroom. The wall space in the full bath was critical on both sides to enable a custom fit. The two mirrors were custom made to include a one inch beveled edge on all edges. The mirrors were rechecked for proper size by A-Christian Mirror after they received them back from the custom manufacturer. An appointment was made for installation and they arrived on time and did a nice job on properly installing them. The finished mirrors look great and are exactly what we wanted.

They were very reasonable in price.

We received an estimate on time. The entire process was explained and and questions were answered politely and concisely. We were told two to three weeks. Just over two weeks passed when we were contacted about an appointment. The staff worked around our schedule. The installers arrived on time, were polite, neat and informative. After the installation, they explained how to best care for the enclosure and even left written instructions along with a care package for the shower. We were very impressed with the company from start to finish.

The owner is A+ and all of the people who work for his company from the phone A+. The office to his assistants in the field were the best.

The folks at A-Christian Glass were a pleasure to work with. The gentleman who came to do the estimate took careful measurements, explained to me the challenges involved with the installation and discussed the options with me. Because the job was not an easy one given the unusual size and awkward dimensions of the shower door opening, he had to come up with a custom solution, which required modifying the design of one of their standard doors. I paid slightly more for this installation because it required them to spend time in the shop making these modifications. Within a few days they called to tell me the materials arrived and they were ready to set up an appointment for the installation. When I called them back to reschedule the appointment, they were most accommodating in arranging a suitable time. The installer arrived on the agreed day and time and spent less than 3 hours completing the job. He worked quickly, quietly, efficiently and neatly. He obviously takes pride in his work and is concerned, above all, with customer satisfaction. All in all, a job well done!

They were very punctual on all calls-from the estimates to scheduling measurements. (We were deciding between two different glass configurations.) We requested an estimate and were scheduled for it within a couple days. We were surprised how fast they got back to us. It has been our experience with many other contractors that we have to repeatedly call to even get a call back, and some never call you back at all. They had great customer service. I had questions on the clips and shower door handles, and Beth was very helpful with pointing me to the websites and showing me all of our options. Within half a day of Alan coming out, we got an estimate. The shower enclosure glass would take 3 weeks to come in, and the order could not be placed until after the measurement (which needed to wait until after the tile was done in the shower.) We were told this upfront at the time of the estimate so it was not a surprise. We were disappointed with how long it would be, but were pleased to see they were this particular with ensuring a proper fit. They did need to come back and get a 2nd measurement on the mirrors which was a minor inconvenience because we had to leave work to let them in. The only negative thing was a mismeasurement on the shower glass caused a reorder of new glass, and a reschedule on the installation. They did however own up to the mistake and apologize for the delay. They rushed the glass order so it was an additional week of waiting vs another 3 weeks. We also asked if they could fix a shower door that we had installed during a remodel by another company in Jan 2007. It had fallen off the metal clips and was dangerously loose in our daughter s bathroom. (Details will be in their review) They fixed this for free! The installation of the shower enclosure looks fantastic and the mirrors as well. We had cut outs in the mirrors for the light fixtures, and they were perfectly aligned with the electrical wiring. They were extremely professional. They even brought us a gift basket with glass cleaner, squeegee and bath pampering goodies in it. We were very pleasantly surprised at this nice touch. We are very happy with the work A Christian Glass did for us and would use them again when we are ready to do yet another bathroom in the future.

First they came out and provided a free estimate. When we selected them, they came out again and remeasured and gave us tips and suggestions as to what would work best with our shower layout. They ordered the material and then installed it when it came in. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas. After they were done, they gave us a small shower gift basket which was a nice touch.

A-Christian was fast and courteous. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time and were very professional.

Calling the company was quick and easy to have someone do an estimate. Time for making the doors and installation was approximately correct. The job was professional done and done well.

Chris was punctual and professional in giving estimate and in doing the work. He cleaned up when he was finished, which was sooner than estimated. I was very pleased with Chris and his work.

Barbara and Beth in their office were very courteous and did an excellent job following up on my questions. Alan Powers came out to my house on time to give me an estimate on the work to be performed. He was very easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy. The installation of the shower door and glass partition was done on time and looks fantastic. Alan's son, Randy, came out to help his dad complete the installation. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and highly recommend A-Christian Glass and Mirror to anyone who needs customer glass work performed by professionals. Even our two dogs liked Alan and Randy!

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY HAD TO ORDER MY GLASS, WHICH CAME IN BEFORE EXPECTED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND WHEN I PAID THEM, I ACCIDENTALLY OVERPAID THEM BY $100. EVEN BEFORE MY CHECK CLEARED THE BANK, THEY HAD SENT ME A CHECK BACK FOR THE OVERPAYMENT.
