I left a message for Don Smith who is the owner of the company and within minutes was contacted back and had a time and date set to have him go out to the property. Not only was the response quick but so was the repair he was able to over the weekend dry off all the roof and work on it first thing Monday morning. We contacted many roofers for this specific property to get them out ASAP due to the circumstances and non were able to provide the service in such a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend 727 Home Maintenance and Roof Repair for all roof and home repairs.. We look forward to working with Don in the future. GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Price! Great Work! Very Reliable! Very Professional!
Description of Work: The provider was able to find a leak which was causing water to run into the master bedroom and fully replace all material on roof above the room and prevent further leaks from coming in.
