Description of Work: I estimator way underbid the sliding glass door, not factoring in the concrete work. The front door they ordered was hung backward, necessating a second visit when the right one finally came in. The front screen door was the wrong color, and the back door screen got lost in the shuffle. I didn't press that issue because of how much they obviously lost in the deal. The installers were very proficient and professional, and also apologetic about the snafus. This outfit has potential, but I woud not use them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey replaced the windows over the course of two days. We got a good price, I think, and they worked very hard. The salesman came twice to supervise the work,which impressed me. I am very pleased with the windows which have lowered our energy costs and reduced indoor noise. The only problem was that our house is old and they had to remove some of the trim, which never got replaced.

+ -1 moreI chose Windows Direct USA because they could do the work quickly, and they had in-house financing. The quality of the windows was better than I expected, including their energy efficiency. Those two windows have dramatically decreased my utility bill.
Description of Work: I bought two windows from Windows Direct USA of Jacksonville. They installed a picture window in the living room and an over-sized window in a front bedroom.
