Took forever to get her to show up and then she never got back to me with estimate or design. Amazing guess she doesn't need the business!

Very rude behavior from the employee, failed to answer any questions asked about the plants, he asked to look at the name board and read it on my own...'I DON'T KNOW, I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING' were the only words that came out of his mouth... When I went to the owner, she supported the employee.... and both of them somehow understood very clearly, what I was saying. The prices were very high as well, don't see the point of going back to such a place !!
Description of Work: Horrible place, disgraceful and rude behavior, both by the employee and the owner....find a place which treats you with respect and dignity,....have to treat customers right...never ever going back !!!!
