I own multiple rental properties, so I have a lot of experience dealing with contractors... Everything went great with Queen City Painting from start to finish. Jeff did everything he said he would and more... His estimate was very fair and he got everything done for me ahead of schedule. He was very honest to deal with and did a very neat and professional job for me, including a very tough wall paper removal/repaint job in the kitchen. I was so happy with the job that he did, that I told him that he should keep the Angie's List discount that he offered me. His moto is: "Quality Work at a Competitive Price" and he sure lived up to that with me. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Outstanding drywall repair and painting was completed at our home by Queen City Painting. Their estimate was very reasonable. They started the work on time and were punctual each day. Queen City took care of our home and did not leave a mess. The work performed was top quality, professionally done. No surprise bills over the estimate at the end of the job. They exceeded my expectations. If you need painting, look no further! This is the company you need to hire.

Just purchased a home in Buffalo, and the other painter I had arranged failed to return my calls. Got Jeff and Queen City Painting off Angie's list and couldn't be happier. Called on a Monday, and explained I wanted some work done before movers arrived, and coordinated with other work in the house. Jeff came late that day, and juggled his work that week to get key rooms painted by Wednesday so we would be ready for movers. Great job, great people. Very reasonable. I'd recommend to anyone.

I hired Queen City Painting to paint a guest room. He did a great job!

Jeff was very prompt and efficient. I was surprised how quickly he finished the work and everything looks great. We had an accent color put on the wall with our front door in the entryway. I noticed after the first night that it was not edged perfectly, even though we had not been planning to paint the connecting walls. I asked Jeff about it on the second day and he corrected it at no extra charge by painting the connecting walls a neutral color. He was extremely professional and easy to work with.

They finished painting 3 rooms in only a few hours. Everything looks great!

From the day we called for estimate Jeff was fast to get back to me and came over to look over he job and call back with estimate by the following day. He fit us into their schedule as fast as he could and was efficient and fast while doing awesome work. They repaired the terrible way our ceilings looked throughout the entire living areas including the kitchen and dining room after we did our own removal of the popcorn texture and gouged the drywall right into the paper in many areas. They worked in half of our home at a time so my family and pets would be as least inconvenienced as possible and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully at the end of each day before leaving. Thanks guys for a great job!

Jeff's attention to detail and sense of workmanship is excellent. He transformed our rooms in our period home and made them look like new. They did excellent caulking work on the all of the wood trim all over the house. They worked very fast, and very thoroughly.

we had water damage in our living room and downstairs bathroom so we had Queen City come out and repair and resurface then paint all of our downstairs walls. They did a great job and were in and out in a week. will be using them again next year to do all of the upstairs rooms.

Jeff responded the same day to our voice mail and came out the next day for a review and estimate. We were quite impressed by his quick response and estimate which we received as quickly as possible. We felt confident in his review of what he would do and how he would do it. His attention to detail and his concern with our satisfaction was also impressive, which all too often has not been our experience with people who have done work for us. i called to set up estimate, Jeff came out and gave me an estimate in a matter of days. Very professional and honest. Was very patient with my scheduling, i had to reschedule my appointment twice because of remodeling contractor did not have trim ready when it was suppose to be ready so Jeff at Queen City painting could get started. I expected Jeff to just walk off and forget my job because of the inconvenience caused by my contractor, but instead he was very professional and accommodating and rescheduled my appointment. Days before my job was to begin my remodeling contractor once again was behind and Jeff kindly gave me a few more days for everything to be ready. Once Jeff started painting job, he was amazing, neat, professional and made sure i was happy with every aspect of the job. He finished the job ahead of schedule and we did a walk thru before payment was made. Jeff is a rare worker who makes sure everything is to your satisfaction, he is precise, neat, organized and a superior professional. I will continue to use Jeff for all my painting needs and will refer him to all my friends and family who are looking for a painter.

Everything went very well. The trim was painted with out taping the hardwood floors and there was not a spec of paint out of place. I was very impressed with the work that was preformed. I would use these guys any time.

My first purchase on Angie's List was Queen City Painting's 2 rooms for $199. After my purchase Jeff emailed me promptly and said he would call me the next day to schedule the work. He arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the work that day and the rooms turned out fantastic. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. FYI buy the good paint (Sherwin-Williams) it makes a difference!
