 + -1 moreGentleman arrived on time, had all equipment needed to complete the work. Was efficient, professional and explained everything to me as he was doing the work. I would be able to do this myself given the excellent instructions he provided but they were so good and reasonable, I would have them back.
Description of Work: Service person came to house and cleaned the salt cell to the pool. Explained about the filters and checked the mechanicals.

Description of Work: This is a great example of a family run business that is run well. Shari (owner) and her staff are true professionals and very knowledgeable. Not only do we buy all of our supplies from them but they provide all of our repairs and maintenance. When we travel, they maintain our pool and spa and they always do a great job. Repairs are completed timely and done right the first time. They have quality service technicians that you feel very comfortable having them on your property. This is not a global endorsement of Pinch a Penney, since I have seen most others pale in comparison. But this franchisee is outstanding and I highly recommend them. They are located in the Julington Creek area on SR 13.
