After going through some minor upgrades that resulted in a mismatched kitchen, we called Pam to get some help. From our very first phone conversation she was very professional and listened to all my concerns about what went wrong with our previous kitchen renovations. Pam could not meet with me that day, but asked that I immediately send her photos of my kitchen and surrounding rooms so she could begin working on my project. We met one week later at a tile store and before I arrived, Pam had already found several tile selections that would work for us. Pam thoroughly explained her plan for our kitchen and addressed all of our concerns. The entire installation process was flawless. The installer showed up a few minutes earlier than expected and immediately began with the demo of the old backsplash. The drywall was replaced and everything was cleaned to the point you couldn't tell someone had been working in the kitchen that day! The tile and grout were completed the next day (again ahead of schedule!) and the kitchen looks fantastic! We are thrilled with the results and have already begun working with Pam on our next project!
