+ -1 moreProvider showed excellent communication. Did good work with mowing the lawn. Didn't charge on days that yard did not need to be mowed. I wish we were able to continue with service. Unfortunately after two months they had a change in business model and the owner would be doing all of the lawn care without any further assistance so they had to drop me as a client. Would love to have them back.

+ -1 moreit would be too simlple to say that he did an excellent job maintaining my lawn. I am at the one year anniversary of my grandmother and uncles death. And Mr green Acres came at time where I needed to take care of her house. If anyone has had to clean out a house of deceased loved ones it is completely overwhelming. He was completely professional, and timely. If something needed to be done he always asked first. I never had to wait on a returned phone calls. Once the house was cleaned out I had to return home 3 hours away. He continued to provide spot on lawn care even when I was not there to make sure he would not skip a week because no one was there. Mr Green Acres lifted a little bit of worry off my shoulders. My only complaint is that he is not available in my neighborhood. I will always be thankful and recommend him for lawn care.
Description of Work: Mr. Green Acres provided weekly lawn care for about six months.

+ -1 moreI would absolutely use them in the future. When it rains, they give me a call to let me know that they are not coming. They're very on top of everything. If they come and it doesn't need it, they'll leave a little card that says it won't need service today.
Description of Work: I have them here annually. Occasionally, they cut the crepe myrtles for me. They cut the edges when I need them.

+ -1 moreWhat was so frustrating was that he never refused to do the service to that wooded area, never asked to delay the service, never asked for clarification. He simply did not do what I repeatedly asked him to do. Very mysterious.
Description of Work: A very odd experience with this person. He agreed to mow/blow leaves/trim/general pickup my yard. We agreed on a price. At our first meeting I pointed out a small wooded area in a corner of our lot that needed trimming and a good cleanup. He acknowledged that and I asked he do that right away. However, over the month I used this service he never serviced this area despite my repeated requests for him to make that area a priority to mow, etc. He never told me he couldn't do it and never asked for a clarification of what i wanted done. He just never did it. On his last visit, after my repeated requests to take care of this small area, he picked up a few sticks and left after 10 minutes. I called immediately afterwards to ask why. He didn't answer so I left a message. He called back when I wasn't available but did not leave a message as I would expect he would do. I gave up trying to talk to him about this and terminated our agreement.

+ -1 moreWe spend $35 per incident. My wife met him at the hardware store. He said he would make a special effort to cut her lawn at night if it rained. My wife liked his humor after that. We haven't had any problems so far so it is good. They have the lowest price of the companies we contacted. The guy calls every time before he comes out and he is more than happy to talk to us about what we want done.

+ -1 moreHe is very friendly, he is trying to be a gentleman, he jokes with me, he does some extra-work. Pretty reliable. The communication is good: he calls me before coming in here. He comes each Thursday and I pay $30 a visit. We have a kind of agreement that allows him to come one time a week.
