Monster Tree Service of Northeast Florida

We had Monster Tree Service remove a tree from our yard after Huuricane Ian. The removed some parts of the tree but left some large pieces. They said they would come back and get them. We set a date but they never came back. I tried calling multiple times and left multiple emails. Ian was In September. This is April 23 and still nothing from Monster. Beware of the service rating. If it’s good for Monster then maybe it’s good. I suspect once they get your money like they did us then they were done. Beware!

Monster was fantastic and I would high recommend. They arrived on time and left my home in better condition than when they came.. They will be doing more work for us at new home we are buying and I have already referred them to other friends.

Friday, 08/23/19 @ 10:27am I spoke with Heather Fritz regarding the service I wished to receive a quote on. She stated that she was in Fleming Island, but that she was would be over in my area later. I waited until after 6pm. I still have not received any communication since the call Friday morning and it is Tues, 08/27/19 @ 10:14am.

Great! Their arborist, Johnny, personally came to our home. Along with giving us an estimate, he took the time to do some teaching about our specific trees and gave us suggestions on what we need to do to keep our trees healthy and looking good. Heather (one of the owners) emailed an estimate to me along with a link to conveniently pay the deposit required to schedule the work. She scheduled the work to be done on a day that worked good for our schedule. The crew was punctual, professional and did a great job! They removed all the debris from the job and hauled it away. With the exception of having trimmed the trees, they left my yard just as they found it. Heather once again sent me an email with an invoice for the balance owed. The estimate given was spot on for the invoice I received. I plan on using Monster Tree Service of NE Florida in the future to keep my trees healthy and looking great! Thanks again!
