We called them to get an estimate to replace a few fogged windows. They we on time, professional and provided an estimate as requested. We chose another provider as they could not guarantee the glass color would match our existing. They we fair, honest and we would use is the opportunity existed.

We contacted the provider about holes in our screen enclosure. He made an appointment with us to come out and assess the damage/give us a quote. We waited for 2 hours for him and he never called to let us know he wasn't coming. He never showed up.

We are very pleased with the workmanship that was done at both locations and would highly recommend the company.

Lee came out himself for an estimate (as opposed to other companies that sent out their technicians / employees). He was available at all times for questions and / or concerns. The job was completed on time and without any problems. Lee followed up in person again a few days later to ensure we were satisfied and we had no problems which shows that he cares about his business. As matter of fact, when we told him that we would like to have the bug strips/sweeps that go on the bottom of 2 screen doors, he offered to pick them up for us and drop them by. Highly recommended!

Company came to inspect the porch and said they would need to do additonal things to be able to do the job we wanted done.. I replied by e-amail when I got the e-mailed estimate that we would not be using them due to the cost being too high.

I never got to meet Lee but we communicated OK with cell phones and notes. He is local in Fruit Cove / Julington Creek area, and is very experienced in pulling screen. Lee is a single Dad with family responsibilities. He works well within that schedule, and he works alone. He was on time for estimate; on time for the work; and completed in an very quick, efficient and neat manner. I'm happy with his work and professional manner. I highly recommend Lee.

Whne he was running a bit late, he called, but he still arrived within the scheduled time. When the door kit was for a white door instead of a bronze door, he spray painted it to match. This is a young single father who is working hard to run a good small business. He is the only employee. He was courteous and eager to please me. His service charge was only $50, as opposed to Southern Enclosure who charges $150.
