I called 3 times over a 4 day period for a circuit breaker tripping on multiple circuits. I reached an answering machine on all calls. I left my contact data and asked for a return call, but I was never contacted.

I called for them to come out and give estimate. He scheduled an appt and then called on the scheduled day to say he was busy and couldn't make it. He rescheduled and did come out and gave his estimate. That was approximately 5 weeks ago. I contacted him and told him to put me on his schedule and didn't hear back from him. Numerous calls, emails and texts to him. After a few days he would respond and tell me that he'd call me the following week which never happened. Asked him to let me know if he was too busy and I would find someone else. He assured me he wanted the job. Still never put me on the schedule. I would not use him if he did call back. Very unprofessional. I called another electrician and had the job done one week later at a MUCH lower price.

Mukesh called promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next working day to diagnose and fix my problem. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, found a defective GFI and replaced the defective GFI in less than an hour.

We called three contractors who were rated A on Angie's list to get quotes for the electrical work we needed to have done on our house. It was rather disappointing when the other two contractors who were well established took our information down and said they would call us but we never heard back. At least a courtesy call would have been nice in my opinion. Dependable Electrical Contractors was different. Mukesh came out when he said he would and he showed up on time. He listened and understood what we wanted done, and provided a cost estimate within a few days. Once it came time to do the work, Mukesh showed up once again, on time, and by himself to get the job done as his co-worker called in sick. He spent an entire day working on installing outdoor outlets, security lights etc. and his work is top notch. When he couldn't finish installing the security lights by the garage, he said he would come back and he did. His work is very professional, very clean and now my house looks absolutely fabulous with outdoor power outlets to power up lights for the holidays and new LED security lights around the house. I would definitely recommend Mukesh to my friends and family in the future, and he is my go-to guy for my future electrical needs. Well done, Mukesh!

Everything went very well. The owner, Mukesh Varde, came to my home to evaluate my work request and provided an acceptable estimate. Marty and John were on time, ensured that we agreed on what was to be done, and went to work. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly the job was accomplished. They finished in less time than estimated, cleaned up, and I have a great floodlight! Dependable is definitely my choice for my electrical needs, and I will recommend them to my friends.

All work was successfully completed in one visit. The estimate matched the actual price. The electricians were knowledgable, punctual and polite. I would definitely hire this company again.

Mukesh Varde, the owner was extremely professional and was both an electrical consultant and and an electrical contractor. He offered great ideas in the fixer upper we recently purchased. He was hands on and always came around checking on staff and progress of project. He did have some personnel issues but corrected them quickly. He followed up and if there were problems that arose he was there quickly to adivse, fix and execute. he wasn't the cheapest, but I think you get what you pay for - especially in major projects like this one. He came in at budget and on time. We were very pleased with work and the way in which in was completed

Mukish was very thorough in all the work he did, took time to explain everything, and even spent time assisting the pool person that had electrical problems after installing computerized controller to my pool pump/heater system. I was very impressed with how conscientious Mukish was in the work he does along with always quickly responding to any calls I made to him. He is very easy to work with, gives a very fair price, and does excellent quality work. I highly recommend using Mukish!

The owner of the company did the actual work. The scheduled time was between 12 - 3 pm. He arrived at 12:10 very punctual. He was very courtious and professional. He also gave me an excellent price for the service. ($45.00 less then what I was quoted by other providers) I would definitely recommned this company and would consider them for any other electrical services needed in my home.

This could not have gone better!! Mukesh and Mark (his assistant) and readily recognized what the problem was... an issue I would never have found on my own. He installed all three pendant lights immediately and his charges were more than fair in view of the work done and the time spent. In fact, his charges were less than 50% than those of a local handyman! This was a real lesson learned. If you have an electrical problem, hire an electrician... especially one like Mukesh/Dependable Electrical Contractors LLC. They are the top ranked electricians here and I can see why! They are much more than dependable! They are simply the best! I will utilize them again, soon, to assist with other electrical improvements. I give them my very highest recommendation!

Technicians were a little late, got lost. Once they showed, though, they did an efficient, professional job. They determined immediately what was wrong with the kitchen light fixture and repaired it. They had to spend more time with the bathroom fixture, but they took their time and eventually had to decide that they could not repair it. I was entirely satisfied with the work, and will use them in the future.

We called yesterday and Mark was here at 845AM (appt was for 9). We had 2 recess lights that have never worked since we bought the place and an outlet outside that wasn't working. We thought he would be here for hours and we would be paying a large amount (that is why we have waited so long to do anything about it). Mark was super quick and awesome. In the time I left my husband to go get us breakfast, Mark had fixed our 2 lights, our outside outlet and was packing up when I got back home. It took him 45 minutes. And our pocketbook wasn't damaged as badly as we thought.

The guys who came to perform the panel change were about an hour and a half late. The reason being that they were stuck in traffic, although we did not get that phone call until 45 minutes after they were suppose to show up. But once they arrived they worked relatively quickly and efficiently and successfully installed the panel and checked all the circuit breakers. They were nice and were on there way after about 6-7 hours of work. I had shopped around beforehand and the price was very good compared to other places. Also, the owner Murkesh, was really nice and gave us a follow-up phone call about a week later to see how everything was going. He was always very professional and was pleasant to work with. I will most likely give them a call for future electrical work!

I contacted them and it took a couple of weeks for them to respond. Once they were here their responsiveness was good, it was just the initial response that was lacking.

The overall experience was pretty solid. The team of two guys arrived on the day planned and proceeded to work quickly and cleanly. Responsiveness from the owner was hit-or-miss, but he was understandable busy after having just returned from overseas. The price of the work seemed excessive, but there are no complaints with the quality of the service. Adding the room circuit took longer than expected due to unforeseen complications, but everything went fine otherwise.

Mukesh came out on a Saturday to install my fans since I indicated it was a rush job. He was punctual and completed the job in just over an hour. He was very knowledgeable and paid attention to details, even aligning the pull strings the same on both fans. I thought the price was fair even with a transportation charge. I would recommend and use them again.

Mukesh asked me a lot of questions about the situation. After gathering all the information I gave him, he told me that my house was within electrical code. He could have told me otherwise to get money to rewire my house. He was honest. I spoke with the seller from which I purchased the house in the latter part of last July who also assured me that the house was up to code and promised to call an electrician on her own just to make sure before calling Dependable Electric. I did not tell Dependable Electric any of these details because I wanted their candid and unbiased answer. I WILL call Dependable Electric in the future if I have any electrical needs because I feel like I can trust them to be honest in their dealings with me. Also, their owner Mukesh was most professional going out of his way to help someone that was not even a paying customer nor had been a paying customer in the past. How many businesses will go that distance to help new home owners? I previously owned a condominium outside Florida in another large southern city that took care of all those things for a monthly home owners fee. I live in a single family house now so I am learning a lot.

MUKESH WILL ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL! If you ever try to get someone to come and do work for you, half the battle is getting them to answer the phone, come inspect the job set a date etc. Mukesh will answer the phone and although I had to wait about a week to get the work started, he had four guys knock it out pretty quickly. I had my ceilings textured for knockdown after Mukesh did his work. One comment the ceiling guys made was that the electrical guys, Mukesh, could have cut the drywall in such a way to make the patches easier. I also had a problem with an attic exhaust fan. It worked prior to Mukesh coming out and did not work after they did their work. Mukesh came right out and sorted out the issue. I really appreciated how quickly Mukesh got back with me. He would either call/text or email. Way to go Mukesh. I gave him a B for price, but in his defense, I honestly don't know what others might have charged. He said he was a bit more expensive than others when I spoke with him initially and I respect that. He's doing a great job to try to build his business one quality job at a time.. Good Luck to you sir. UPDATE: Mukesh did the work as stated above. When I finished remodeling the condo, I had some issues with work that he had done that I really couldn't evaluate until I got lights installed etc to test them. I called and emailed him for about a week without any response which is unacceptable. If you are going on vacation or there are extenuating circumstances, then your email/phone message to be setup to reflect that. This was about 3 weeks ago and I've never gotten any type of response from him. I hope he didn't get injured or something. Anyhow. Take that into account if you consider using him.

It was a good experience. The owner came out to give an estimate on the day scheduled. He was on time and courteous. The next day the electrician arrived on time and did the installation in a timely manner. He was professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed problem quickly. In fact I talked to him about doing another project, putting a shower light and vent in, I was planning to do myself. I feel more comfortable with them doing it and the price is very resonable.
