Bennett's Landscaping was recommended by a couple that lives on 5th Street/Atlantic Beach. Blair does significant business with local builders to Atlantic Beach including Elite Homes. Blair came to the house for an initial consult and shared our vision to maximize space for our sons to play. He was very direct regarding what his company could do and even recommended we "outsource" to Dirtworks (dirt removal as we had a lot of material) to optimize our budget. He also suggested that we find a sub-contractor to reinstall pavers we had saved from the renovation. Blair/team was very responsive when we requested that they prep the area for pavers to be reinstalled. They came out on a Friday afternoon to complete that piece of work so that pavers could be installed on Saturday. Timeliness: Blair and team provided very accurate estimates re time to completion. They predicted 2 weeks with some days at other job sites and from start to finish that is how long it took. There were some days of contingency built in to account for weather). Promptness: The team, Jay and Nate, arrived at 8 am most days unless they indicated it would be a half day in the afternoon. They were always on time and worked until the particular job/task was complete (4/5 pm). Quality: The design is very clean and easy to upkeep. From clearing the lot, to prepping for installation, to installation - the quality was fantastic. They also were very good about leaving the site in good condition each night (no garbage, very deliberate about what was complete/to be done, etc) Pricing: Competitive. They are competitive with their pricing and worth every penny. Overall - Blair and his team excel at customer satisfaction. We had several conversations regarding design, confirmed it was in the budget of what we wanted to spend, and they actively managed expectations. Highly recommend.
