Did not have the tools to properly diagnose the problem, hence, discouraged trying to repair the 'unknown.'

I recommend Ron to anybody. He is always punctual and very competent. He knows his craft. Ron has always tried to save me money where possible too. He's an overall great guy

After trying several refrigerator repair shops, and getting the run around, I found Ron's business on Angie's List. The reviews were great and now I see why. He was across town, but was at my house within 40 minutes of my call. Once here he found the issue in about 15 minutes, had the parts to fix it, and was out in no time. Very nice gentleman and enjoyed talking with him as he worked. That's service folks, and that's a rarity these days. I'll be calling him for all my appliance repair needs ... you should too. He doesn't disappoint

I have used Ron before and will continue to use him for all appliance issues. He is VERY responsive (I have always got a live person when i have called and Ron has called me back within 1/2 hour to set up a time and it has always been same day. He takes care of the problem and charges a very reasonable fee. He will continue to be my go-to guy for all appliance issues. There have been times when a washer or dryer is older and having issues and isn't really worth repairing (these top-loading ones have many plastic parts and sell for $400 or so). Ron will always tell me when it is better to replace then repair, which I appreciate. In my past experiences with other repair outfits I have paid $270-$350 to get a washer or dryer repaired only to have it die within 1 or 2 years anyhow. Lesson is, basically there are some brands made with cheap parts that just are not worth repairing, at least Ron tells customers this upfront which is a better way to run a business in my opinion.

He was prompt and resolved both of our problems. We have used him twice and if we have any other problems we will use him again.

It was Ron to the immediate rescue again! Last year Ron repaired my dryer. Called him one day and he was there the next. My dryer is still running great. This time it was the washing machine not spinning or emptying. Called Ron yesterday afternoon. He picked up the part this morning and had my washing machine fixed before noon. Amazing! My husband and I thought we would be washing machine shopping this weekend and the laundry would have to wait or we'd have to go to the laundromat. Instead the machine is fixed and it's laundry as usual with barely a day lost. Ron is great and we highly recommend him!

Called Ron on Sunday and he set apt for 8 - 8:30 am Monday morning. Ron rang the doorbell at 8:10 am and went right to work on the dryer. He had it diagnosed quickly and had the part in his truck. 45 minutes later my dryer had heat and was working perfectly. Price for labor was reasonable and Whirlpool heating element was charged at a price below that on Whirlpool's internet page. Overall a very positive experience with a professional who obviously knows what he is doing. Will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to family and friends.

Ron did an excellent job. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in the estimated time. The fridge works fine. The only way the service call could be improved would have been to call me to say that the part was not delivered on time thereby delaying the repair visit.

Ron was on time and although a little abrupt, finished the job quickly.

We called Ron Monday morning (today); he called back and set an appointment for tomorrow (which was more than satisfactory), then Ron back called at 3:30 and offered to come by today. He quickly assessed the problem and repaired it, explaining what and why. We are thrilled to find this appliance expert in our own neighborhood and will share his name with family and friends. Ron is a true professional!

Our dishwasher pumped water into the bottom, where it sat, and the dishwasher would not function from that point. We were able to drain the water, but the dw still did not function. I called another company from A.L. on a Sunday, to come on Thursday. They never came and never called. I called Ron's after looking at reviews on Friday. He called back immediately and said he would be here between 8 and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. (He doesn't charge extra for Saturdays!). He called first and was here on time. He told me what was wrong with the dishwasher (pump was gunked up and locked) and fixed it for $85.00, finished by 8:45 a.m. He also told us how to keep it running better. You get the feeling Ron knows what he's doing and can probably fix just about anything. Plus there's no dealing with all the other employees like you get with the big companies.It's just Ron. Now that's the way to run a business!

After loosing all of our food when the fridge stayed open overnight we called Ron's Appliance Service on a Friday in the late afternoon. Ron was willing to come out on Saturday to do both repairs. He originally said he would be over at 11 a.m. but politely called when he was delayed by an hour. He arrived with tools in hand and quickly diagnosed both problems. Turned out that the door was a simple fix, but he took the extra time to do some preventative maintenance and educate me on what he was doing. He showed me how to do the cleaning and made helpful recommendations. The total job took about an hour to complete.

My dryer broke down on Wednesday. I called Ron's Appliance Service on Thursday morning and was told Ron would call me in 30 minutes. He did. Ron said he would arrive before noon. He did. Ron got right to work determining the problem and pulling the dryer out of a tight small space to work on. He replaced the element (he apparently carries many parts with him), cleaned out the hose from the dryer to the outside, repositioned it so it would have better air flow and then retuned the dryer to its tight small space. He made sure it worked, received payment and was on his way. I am very happy with this repair. The cost was a bit more than I expected but to have my dryer repaired in less than 24 hours from the time it broke down was worth every penny! I recommend Ron's Appliance Service and will use them again.

Called multiple companies (with good reviews on Angie's list) in an attempt to get service on my refrigerator today. Most had no appointments available as it is a holiday. Ron agreed to come out and did an efficient job quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Ron's Appliance service again.

Received a prompt call back. Described the condition/symptoms of the washing machine and Ron advised that it would be better to replace it as the cost of repair would be high. His advice saved me the cost of a service call.

I called Ron about a dryer repair that I was having trouble getting another company to complete. He gave me a lot of good information about my model, the needed repair and potential problems that I was not made aware of previously. He called back promptly, gave me his time and valuable information even know it meant that he might be sending away business for now (based on his advice, I purchased a new model as opposed to completing a repair that may have cost almost as much as new in the long run). I will certainly use Ron again in the future if repairs are needed on any appliance and I will reccomend him to my family and friends. He was very curteous, responsive, knowledgable and honest and that is becoming more and more rare nowadays.

Ron was a pro from start to finish, He arived on time,and went to work removing the main motor in the bottom of the dishwaser. He gave me the name of a sope additive ot remove the Lime build on the dish washer, it works.

Ron showed up on time and figured out what the problem was and had the dryer fixed within 15 minutes. He also offered up a tip on how to get the dryer to run more efficiently. Overall, it was a good experience.

Thankfully for Ron I spent only about $60. Something was leaking in the filter that came to the door where the water and the ice come out. He fixed the leak and it works like brand new. My experience with Ron and his company has been excellent. He always knows how to fix things. He pretty much always has the parts and if he doesn’t he gets them very quickly. There has never been a challenge that I haven’t given him that he hasn’t been able to fix. He has been able to fix our dishwasher, the washing machine, the refrigerator, the garbage disposal; anything. The price he charges is very fair.
