We first visit your property and look for signs of wildlife as reported, then we look at the damage to the property, next we look at what is causing the wildlife nuisance issues and we map out a strategy to modify the environment as well as install our Advanced Animal Barrier and discuss various solutions to solve your wildlife problems. If there is food left uncovered we may advise you to purchase one of our sealed containers, or visit your local wal-mart. We will often look inside your attic for signs of entry from rats and other critters. We look for bent metal and pulled back sofetts as well as other tell-tell signs. If there is droppings or excrement left by the animals we will remove that as well. We will then spray an odor stabilizing spray and discuss replacement and replenishment of attic insulation.
