Service is excellent. I had the same gentleman come to clean as last years. He's very thorough and very fast. The air quality in our hose is much better now.

He came out last Tuesday and said he couldn't move the washer and dryer on his own due to a bad back so he rescheduled to come back with someone else. He also told my brother in law that the utility sink needed to be disconnected as well in order to do the cleaning. My brother let me know that it would be a major job so I have decided to cancel the purchase instead.

John arrived on time (actually early, which worked fine for me). He was professional and pleasant. He covered furniture and vacuumed up any residue on the carpet. My dryer vent is right at the outside wall in the garage, so it's easy to do. While he was in the garage, he also checked my A/C filter for me and make a recommendation about the type filter I should use. I couldn't ask for a better job.

These guys are the best. They started inside at my dryer hose, and had to come back a second day because it was too wet & rainy to get on the roof. That day they risked life & limb to get up on my roof and completely clear the several years' worth of lint and muck clogging my dryer vent, and cleaned up after themselves after they were finished. They were very responsive, professional, punctual, and thorough. I can now dry a load of towels in one cycle. It's the little things...

They gave a great price, answered and scheduled on the first call, and showed up around the time frame they gave me. The gentleman that came to do the work was efficient and very nice. We moved into a new house and quickly discovered that the dryer vent was 100% blocked. Since we have 4 children, not being able to use the dryer is a big problem! I contacted Absolute Clean Air late in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next day. The technician was on time and polite. He explained what he would be doing and worked quickly. When the job was complete he walked me through what he had done and took the time to answer my questions. We will definitely use Absolute Clean Air again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Very friendly and knowledgeable when answering phone and scheduling appt. I have a large home with 3 a/c units. When John came out, he was prompt, efficient and thorough. Will use this company again and would highly recommend.

All-in-all, I'm very satisfied. My dryer shut down due to the vent blockage. I called a few different companies, and ACA was the most informative on the phone, could reach me the quickest, and had the best price. They came to my house quickly and took care of the job quickly. Because the vent was so blocked, there was an enormous amount of dust/gunk that blew onto the roof (where my dryer vent air escapes). They went on my roof and swept it all off for me so the dust didn't get into my yard.

my dryer vent has been spewing lint on my rooftop for a year now, and i was tired of climbing on the roof and trying to reach in and clear it myself. i looked on angie's list found Absolute Clean Air came highly recommended. and they deserve that ranking AND MORE! within 72 hours of my initial call, john showed up right on time. he spent nearly 45 minutes, both up on the roof and in the laundry room. not only did he clear out the vent, but he picked up every last bit of lint himself. a real professional and a genuinely nice guy. i intend to have Absolute Clean Air come out once a year to maintain my dryer vent.

Called and spoke with Neil who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule service the following day. The technician John, arrived at the approximate time and did a walk through of my house. He started working on the dryer vent and cleaned all kinds of yuck out of the dryer vent. Then moved on to the ac vents with the rotobrush. He cleaned all of the vent plates by hand. Very friendly, answered all of my questions in a professional manner. The cost was what he quoted and I felt that it was a very good price for the level of service provided. I will definitely use in them again in the future:)

Remarkable! We had recently had the house painted, including the return and vent grills and we couldn't even tell they had been removed. Technician John moved through our home quickly and very quietly. The only sign that he had been here were lint balls on the roof from the dryer vent.

Very professional cleaning service. The worker was easy to get along with and said how long it was going to take to complete the job and did complete it as said. The price was right and a lot less expensive than other services. I would recommend this service for speed of job and professionalism.

What should have been a straightforward vent cleaning turned out to be a test that proved the professionalism, technical competence and trouble-shooting abilities of Absolute Clean Air. They discovered the source of the problem: a vent that had been capped off during a re-roofing and not reconnected. Then, after the condo association made what should have been the correction and the dryer still wasn't working, they discovered that the correction had, in fact, been a jury-rigged "fix" that was catching lint rather than venting it. Further, as I had lost faith in association hires to do proper work, they gave me the name of a reliable person and precise information on what venting was required to put an end to these problems as well as the number of hours that person's work was likely to take. Absolute Clean Air came out three times in response to my problem - with the company's president coming on that final trip - and all for a total price of under $100. I don't know how I would have gotten to the bottom of this issue without their help and persistence. Rereading this I am struck again by how rare this sort of experience is. I recommend Absolute Clean Air absolutely and without reservation.

The air ducts and dryer vent were very thoroughly cleaned. The service technician arrived right at the agreed-upon time. He was a very nice fellow and was very thorough and professional. The gentleman who did my cleaning was very prompt. He cleaned the air vents and washed the vents. He covered furniture as required and vacummed the floors and carpets when finished. I was totally satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others. The price was fair and work contracted for completed.
