ABSOLUTE CLEAN AIR

Technician actually arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Came in did the work quickly and without complaint, even though there was a lot of clutter around and dogs were loud and the ducts were "among the worst" he had ever seen...(may never have been cleaned b4.) The only, negative was, of the 15 ducts he worked on, he neglected to replace 2 of them in the front area of the house, and didn't mention that he hadn't replaced them

He was excellent and it went very smoothly.

The company did what they told us on the phone when we researched different companies; in fact the courtesy of the technician and the spokesperson on the phone they exceeded expectations.

Absolute Clean Air was a pleasure to deal with! John was so friendly and on time. He called on his way and was even early! The upstairs in our home is very musty, and we recently had some mold issues inside of our AC unit. Luckily it wasn't black mold, but enough to make a mother worry. We had our entire AC unit cleaned from the inside out and it was recommended to us that we also have our air ducts cleaned. John showed me how dirty our vents were before the cleaning, and I am SO HAPPY we had this done. I am hoping between my AC unit cleaning and the air duct cleaning that I can rest much easier with my little ones sleeping upstairs! I highly recommend Absolute Clean Air. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and very fair priced.

The individuals did a great job. They were thorough - did every vent and showed my wife as they went along in the house.

2nd time I have used Neil's company! I found them on angieslist the year before and used them for the very FIRST time for my dryer AND had them come back and clean my ducts at that time....2014. I had my dryer vent recleaned in August.......always a pleasure to do business with this company because the owner is customer oriented!! thanks Neil! John, the technician was spectacular. We noticed a big difference in the air quality and everything. We all have allergies and we can breathe better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to save money and anyone who is expecting an expert job. I am very cautious on who I let in the house. I had no problem with this guy at all. He had a good sense of humor and he joked around. He was very good with the work that he did. We saved $100 for being Angie's List member which is a pretty good savings. The workmanship was worth even more than that! When you get someone who does this quality work, people should be aware of it. It makes you feel good to know that there are still good people in the world. I will always call this company before I call anyone else.

This business is a must for air duct and dryer vent cleaning! Neil was very responsive to all the questions I had during this process. I even had additional questions and concerns and he pleasantly answered them all, before I even scheduled an appointment. He is very knowledgeable about this process and really cares about his customer's individual needs. I have complete trust and confidence in Neil and Absolute Clean Air. John was the service technician. He was incredibly friendly. He informed me of what he would be doing and talked to me about the business. He was very professional and yet relational. When you meet him you'll feel like you've known him forever. He gave me some additional tips and advice on how to keep the ducts clean. He also left the place cleaner than when he began. Absolute Clean Air is a first class business with top notch people. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Actually, they did not do a great job because I was having dryer trouble so the first thing I did was to hire them to clean my vents and still had dryer trouble. I had to call the dryer company out to find out that they did not clean out that well and when it was cleaned out, I had no more dryer trouble. They showed up on time, but they did not do a good job. Their customer service was fine.

Tech John was on time did a geat job. He also cleaned up after his self. Would highly reccomend this company.

Better than expected! I heard stories how it would be a mess to clean up once the job was done and that was not the case with Absolute Clean Air! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a company to clean their air ducts. There was even a coupon for the service which was nice!

Great job and experienced technician, I was trying to get out smoke smell, it didn't help, but, the vents are clean now!!

All went well. John called prior to the maintenance visit and arrived on time. He performed the vent cleaning and cleaned up afterward. He was professional and courteous throughout.

Absolute Clean Air responded to my message within 24 hours, very prompt. Unfortunately, there was no place for me to put down my phone number. My original message had places to put down three preferred dates (which only allowed me to do M-F dates) and I put in the comment that I actually prefer that Saturday. They attempted to contact me via email and Angie's List and I did not respond. The service person showed up on that Saturday morning that I originally mentioned and I was surprised since I had clearly forgotten I said anything. The person was professional and courteous the entire time and explained to me that they attempted to contact me. (I have noticed that means the office and service people communicate, which I'm finding to be a good indication of a good business.) I'm not sure how I feel about them showing up without getting a final confirmation from me since on one hand, I paid for it and stated I wanted that date and may not have remembered to schedule the appointment. On the other hand, I was sleeping when they showed up. I did not factor this part into my rating but definitely wanted to share this. The service was great and when I asked questions, he never made me feel like I was bothering him. The only thing I should mention is that it definitely brings down dust from the vent onto your belongings on dressers and such. It may be best to put away a lot of things before they arrive. He did some vacuuming but my dresser and tables and counters had dust on them. (That's why I gave it 4 on Professionalism.) Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks for the work, Absolute Clean Air!
