Responded promptly to request and was very punctual. quick diagnosis of issue and repaired. I was very pleased with his work.

We live in cape and had another company come out initially because our well wasnâ t pulling water up. They were unable to clear the well and told us that we needed a new well drilled. Which was a lot of money. I was feeling hopeless, went on angieâ s list and smokey called me. He came out the next morning, on a sunday and worked till he cleared our well. We are so grateful for him. Heâ s the sweetest man, very knowledgeable, has all of the supplies on hand to do the job. Prices were more than fair for his hard work. If you have a stuck pump, CALL HIM!!

I called and less than an hour later Smokey’s showed up to replace my well pressure tank. It took him less than half an hour to do the job, friendly and fast service, excellent quality and I believe the price was fair and not expensive. I will for sure call him again.

Smokey was awesome. Called within minutes of my request, quoted me a fair and reasonable price to replace my submersible well pump and was at the house within the hour to do the work. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Got my water back on line with a smile. I would use again and will definitively recommend him.

I called and Smokey immediately responded, he was able to come same day! He was able to find the problem and he corrected it so our well is working again. Smokey is highly responsible, super nice and prompt with great communication skills. He knows his stuff! I highly recommend him!!!!

He was able to pull out a new pump that got stuck and saved us from the expense of having a new well dug.

I was having problems with my well and Smokey came out as a second opinion (on 9/4/20). Smokey quickly figured out what was wrong and replaced my pressure switch and pressure gauge. I paid him with cash and off he went. The following day I discovered the pressure gauge is leaking because it was only hand tightened. I then called Smokey (9/5/20), leaving him a voicemail. I understand this was on a Saturday, however, it has been nearly 2 weeks and still no word. I ended up trying to fix it myself and cracked the pipe; which resulted in calling someone else to fix the piping. Also, the pressure gauge is not working, I am not sure if I broke it when cracking the pipe OR if it was installed broken. I do not know if I would recommend Smokeys Pump and Water Service. He was quick to come out and figure out the problem unless it is repairing his own work..?
