The contractor was called early this morning. because we have contracted with them for several years to perform yearly preventive maintenance they were there within two hours and had the A/C running within the hour. they were very professional and friendly. They charged me $92 for materials, which I found that the cost of the thermostat is only an average of $35. When questioning the markup on material, they said that's how they stay in business. I will not be referring them any longer.
Description of Work: Checked A/C system. Found defective thermostat and did check of rest of system.
