In the first year (2008-2009) that we used Sandy's services, she was helpful. Our property on Pine Island in SW Florida was rented from late Dec through March. After that season, we decided to put the house up for sale, and her attitude changed quickly and dramatically. Sandy was able to rent the property again this year (2009-2010) from late Dec through the end of April. The property is a very cute, bayside house with a pool, dock, etc., so it's a highly desirable rental. However, once Sandy realized that we were selling and would not be returning as customers the following year, she became very diffcult to work with. She repeatedly insisted on repairs and upgrades that she hadn't asked for the year before, despite the house being in the exact same condition. She also expensed costs "on our behalf" without prior permission, then deleted them from the rental payments. When we contested, she stated to my wife, "f@@@ you, I have power of attorney". We were shocked and we have since terminated our contract.
