Roto Rooter

Description of Work: I was charged$250 just for them to look in my septic and tell me they couldn't help. I was informed after paying that I needed to call a septic company.

Description of Work: I am not sure that this Roto Rooter is actually located in Saint Cloud, but my wife made the arrangements via a Saint Cloud phone number for Roto Rooter. In any case she was given a 12-2 pm appointment for them to come remove a clog from the drain between our house and the sewer. At about 1:30 pm they called to say they were backed up and would call when they were on the way. At 6:pm they called again with the same message. They said they were real busy, and would call as before. My belief is that they found other jobs they liked better than mine since it is difficult to fathom that many hours could elapse without some tech becoming available. It wasn't us who set the 12-2 pm appointment time. At 7:30 pm I called to tell them I had made other arrangements. At a minimum they over promised to keep us on the hook. At worst, they jacked us around to suit their own priorities.
