Description of Work: Replaced large areas of damaged drywall in master bathroom and kitchen, |new floor tiles in shower and grout repair in both bathrooms, new front door,storage door and all new interior doors. remove popcorn ceiling throughout house, textured ceiling and painted. painted interior walls,doors,and baseboards. replaced rotten wood panels exterior of house. |new wooden fence and gate for privacy. | I was very happy with all aspects of the job provided by Chad and his crew. The pricing was fair and quality of work very good. | I had used One Of A Kind Carpenter on a previous large job and highly recommend them for all your project needs. | I will be using them again.

Three days from meeting to the beginning of the project. The entire job was finished in less than a week. Extensive crown molding installation in kitchen and family room. Took out 75% of a wall separating the living room from the kitchen. Installed hanging light fixtures in the cutout. No estimate surprises, excellent workmanship, and every person involved in the project showed up as scheduled. The owner is involved in all aspects, and all of his employees are personable and skilled craftsmen. They took care to clean up every day before they left.
Description of Work: Opened a wall between our living room and kitchen and installed crown molding.
