O'BRIEN HEATING & A/C INC

The tech(Bob)installed the fan improperly which resulted in hot air being blown in to our air conditioner causing possible damage to our system. After he installed it he told us it may not work right because our current system was very old. He quoted us on a new system right there for aproximatly 8K. Not long after he left we felt hot air through the vents. We decided to call a different company to fix the problem. I called O'Brien Air and told them the fan was installed improperly and the wife of the owner apologized and offered a 50% refund ($175) for the faulty installation. I accepted. After 2 weeks I called the owner back. He was not going to honor the agreement to return 50% of the bill. After a short conversation about paying him for a job that was not done correctly and having to pay a different company to fix his mistakes he agreed to return the cost I paid to the other company (140.00). Obrien was listed as a Christian company and member of the BBB. Shameful.
