Had a tech come to the house 2 days ago. No phone call before, during or after the service call. We were told the ac was cooling the home when he left. According to the Nest thermostat( yes we are not in town right now) the ac NEVER began to cool the home. Upon a discussion with both office staff and the owner where my husband was asking why no call, why no cooling, the owner basically blew him off and said they would no longer be assisting us. Well, long story a little short when another company sent a tech today, he opened the outside unit in the presence of my neighbor and guess what……the wires were disconnected. What the what?? The ac is reconnected and cooling the house. Draw your own conclusions but I can’t even give them 1 star but can’t leave a review without a star.

Work performed satisfactorily either the first time or on follow up visit.

They were prompt and were willing to work with us on the billing questions that we had. I would use them again.

Called to have them service my A/C. They were busy with a job in Tampa but it was going to be two weeks before they were to come to my house on Aug 28th. We made the appint for 900 am. The date came and went. They never came they never called nothing. I rearranged my schedule to accomdate them and they stood me up.

Punctual, clean, and instructional on the new system. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Our central air conditioning failed. We called Huff's and a service technician arrived within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty evaporator coil. He returned the following morning with a new 5 ton coil and had it installed in a short time. He was very professional and did a very good job with the installation, removal of the old unit and cleaning his entire work area.

I have used the same Heating A/C person for 25 years, and he became ill. He recommended this company as a good one to use instead. I had the option of trying to fix the current problem, or simply purchasing a whole system. There were two people that came for the job. They were very well-mannered and did a good job. I have a carpet near the install location, and they were sure to put down a drop cloth. Throughout the install they were very quiet as well, I almost didn't know they were here!
