Described the issue to the owner (gfci and inside breaker tripped and won’t reset) and deadline which was in 5 days. Owner sent a smart, yet unprepared service tech the next day. Technician realized more help is needed and offered, per the owner, to return in two days at 9 a.m. with help to diagnose and repair. They were a No show two days later. texted the owner and was told he was working on a quote which would be delivered the following week the day before work must be completed, although full scope of work is not completely known. Not to mention the rude and aggressive attitude shown by Jason Hightower when he misunderstood his tech and thought I wasn’t going to pay his “$180 per hour plus parts”, which he repeated at least a half a dozen times in a three minute conversation. Ultimately, he understood that more work was needed to be done and agreed to send people in two days. But must’ve been overbooked because two days later, they’re a no show and he’s “working on a quote” which will be delivered next week. Complete ********.

I am over 70 years old and have owned many houses and dealt with many contractors. Jason is the best electrician yet. He has been servicing my current home since 2006. I have never had to pay him for a "redo". Some contractors don't do it right the first time and try to charge for a second call. If you want it done once and done right, Hire him and forget future aggravation.

First of all Jason returned our phone call in excellent time! This excited us because in our area it's tough to get any kind of service provider to return a call and actually show up to make the repair at scheduled time!!! His manner and appearance are very professional. He quickly identified the problem (we were close to having a fire), gave us a reasonable quote for the repair, fixed the problem and we are so happy with his quality of work; timely repair and great price. We chose to follow up with a inspect of rest of the house wiring and Justin returned a few days later and did that, found a couple things to fix, again right on time for appointment, done quickly and we are relieved knowing our house is safely wired now, and up to code. We highly recommend High Tower Electric, great job at great prices!

At first the project went not so good. The electrician at hand was new and could not find a solution for an electric problem in the ceiling fan. So I called the owner Jason Hardee. He came over the next day and solved the problem. Great service. Jason is very skillful and a hard working honest man. I would highly recommend his business for any electric project on your list. Thanks Jason.

Jason came out and reviewed our request to have a power outlet installed near our pool for our pump. We were using an extension cord but wanted a permanent outlet. After make sure this could be done he gave us an estimate for the work. The prices was reasonable so we had the work completed. I would defiantly recommend HighTower Electric to anyone with electrical needs.

Jason submitted a bid for the job which I accepted. Unfortunately he came with an untrained, unlicensed helper, which added a lot of extra time that I was billed for because of many fixes that had to be done to the helpers work. In the end I was charged approximately $600 more than what was initially quoted. Also he didn't bring enough parts for the job. I offered to get the parts from the store while he was working. I was never credited for the approximately $427 on parts I spent.
