I contacted Don Schmidt via his web site in October 2017 after Irma to get an estimate and never got a response. I decided to wait a few months and contacted again in January. It is now the end of February and still no response. Maybe he is too busy to look at his web site contact requests. Maybe he is too busy servicing the roofs that he did before Irma. Maybe if he did the job I would never hear from him again. I think that I'll use a more responsive roofer.

Roof was promptly and fully tarped. Due to high demand after the storm, work start was delayed until Nov 20th. Job was completed in three days. Very professional crew, roof looks great!

After obtaining at least 10 quotes from other companies in the area we got the best price by far with this company and they were local which we preferred. After we signed the contract/paperwork, they dropped off a sample book for us to choose the type of shingles we wanted which was nice. We were not home at the time so they left it at the front door. After reading reviews are only concern was the timing to get it done but they were finished after 2 days of working on our roof. They didn't require a deposit or partial or no money up front. We paid after the work was completed. We've had it done for about 2 weeks now, it looks great and we are very happy with the results!

very courteous, efficient and pleasant people all around from office to foreman to workers. they did repairs before and we got the same service. Will use them whenever we need roofing service.

We were very pleased with the final job. They started the job a few days late, but that was due to the rainstorms we were having…beyond their control. They completed the job exactly when they said they would be done and they cleaned up after themselves. We had several places where the roof had rotted, and they replaced those areas according to the terms in the contract. We actually had them modify one small section of the roof, which we asked them to do the day they started the job. They were very gracious and their price was much more reasonable than having a contractor come and do it. When we got the final bill, there were no surprises. Prior to getting the job done, several of our friends asked us who would be doing the roof. When we told them "Don Schmidt" they told us we couldn't go wrong. They live in Saint Cloud and have since the 50's. They have an excellent reputation in the community, they offer a very good guarantee on their product, and they do good work. Now we can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else who is considering re-roofing their house.

I give them 'A's all the way down. They are good and very responsive and they also certify the work. They did quality work.

I called three different roofers to get estimates. Don Schmidt gave me the lowest of the three. I chose them because of several recommendations from others also. I had a leak in my roof and they tried to fix the leak before the re-roof was started because of the time I had to wait before they could start. They worked with me on scheduling around my vacation time and kept me informed of delays due the the rainy weather that was causing some issues. The work crew was friendly and professional. They did a good job cleaning up after the work was done.

Performed work as promised. Follow up calls responded to promptly. Good quality work.

They never returned my call.

I am not calling them again since they have my phone number and email address. I can only assume that they are not interested in the job.
