DELLAR A/C SERVICES

Description of Work: I was expecting to need a new air conditioner. It is fourteen years old. But only needed freon added. He is very trust worthy. Our unit will probably last another year. I had him two years ago and had the air ducts cleaned and a tune up. These are the only times I've had any work done on this unit. I've never had such a good experience from any other air conditioning company I've used in the past on other air conditioners.

Description of Work: Dellar A/C Services provided a good quoted price, and everything went very smoothly. I had them install a new split heat pump system into my Orlando home. They arrived promptly @ 8 AM, and were all finished at 5:00 PM, which isn't bad for a complete system swap out, William was very thorough and complete in his work, taking the time to do each step / process to completion without errors. This replacement was very involved, as they ran all new supply lines, drains, electrical etc to be sure everything will work flawlessly for years to come. They use HEIL equipment, and the unit was properly sized and the air handler and condenser were matched correctly. They performed a complete rebuild of the return air pedestal and duct work above the air handler to ensure that air would flow properly. Dellar Air cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and took all the old system parts with them for disposal. Once the installation was completed, we ran it in all modes to be sure it was working correctly and pressures were calibrated properly.

Description of Work: Dellar A/C Services installed the air conditioning in our house. They come out twice a year to service the system. We have a contract with them.

Description of Work: My air conditioning unit quit running. Bill checked the unit out and rewired the new thermostat that I had placed in. (One wire was wrong.) Freon was also added.
