Outstanding. This guy was on the ball Wanted to see what the problem was before he gave me option. He was great.

Called in the beginning of the week and they were there on Saturday. Workers were friendly, respectful and did an efficient job.

Russell Jeffcoat, owner of Bud's Septic Service is extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. It is such a pleasure to find honest, competent service. As a response to our late call on Friday, he came by on Sunday to give a free evaluation of what work would be necessary. Russell checked our clogged septic line, measured depths in tanks, tested water pump. Removed septic water-pump and found remains of a dish towel in the pump intake and impeller. Removed cloth, checked pressure, reassembled system, tested and monitored water flow uphill to drain field. Was extremely thorough: gave me a detailed explanation of my septic system, pump, drainfield. Measured sludge and water depths and determined we did not need any pumping. Assured me that all was working well. His was able to determine what the issues were and fix them on the spot. His service charge was minimal, far below what I would have expected, especially as it was an almost immediate response to our call, and that it was on a Sunday. I highly recommend Russell and am grateful for his response time and his expertise.

He ended up having to dig up 2 areas to check on differant things, explaining everything to me and gave me his business cards to call him anytime we had questions or concerns he didn't charge me anything for this. I would definetly call him again for services related to the septic and I wouldn't call any other place for estimates either as he was such a nice person and very helpful.

This is a review of Bud's Septic Service in St. Cloud, Florida It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They are busy, but call back was quick and professional. They came out the next day to pump my septic tank. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They were happy to answer any of my questions. My septic tank was in good condition, so the job went very fast. I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. Their number is 407 – 892 – 7526.

Excellent service. Showed up on time and worked in pouring down rain. Russell and his son were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, honest and even charged $100 less than the original quote.

I called Bud's septic at 7PM. I chose them because they are in town and I had seen them work do repeat work for some neighbors. They don't do emergency service, but said they would be out at 7:20 AM the next day. Russ Jr. arrived precisely on time, got right to the problem and didn't try to sell me anything extra. He gave me a cell phone number to call for emergencies.This seems like a great, multi-generational local business, and based on this experience we will continue to use them for our septic service needs.
