American Seamless Gutters of Central Florida

Gutters looks great but they installed during a week when I was on a cruise which I told them to not come during that time frame so my pet sitter staying at my house didn't have to deal with it. Well they came anyway and opened the 6 foot fence gate on their own which has to be unlocked from the inside and after installation didn't lock it. This resulted in one of my dogs to get out and be lost but luckily was found. Also they called an employee of mine who was listed on my voice mail for emergency needs of the business for the remainder of the payment. After calling the business to voice my complaints the best they could offer was a $50 discount which is ridiculous as that is no compensation for the time and stress my friends had to endure to find my lost dog.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Owned and operated by firefighters. From the sales/quote process, to the scheduling, and the actual installation and cleanup...A+ throughout the entire process. The friendliness of the office staff and the field personnel and installers was such a treat. You need gutters in your house? You need to call them. They are crazy busy and it was three weeks I think I waited until we accepted their bid and scheduled but worth the wait...I’m telling you.

Fantastic, professional, great looking gutters, they will come back for a minor adjustment to make sure you are happy. Hire immediately, they are great and explain everything every step of the way. Again, I am so impressed I am awaiting a drainage project patiently. I can't wait to have that done but know and trust AAron telling me he will fit me in when he can for that task. Would hire again and again, trust me, hire them and be impressed totally

The front and side gutters were installed fine. However, water spills over the sides of the rear gutters instead of flowing through the downspouts. We contacted the company and after 3 or 4 calls they final came out to inspect it and told us the hole at the top of the gutter they installed was too small and that they had corrected it. Almost a year later we are having the same problem with water spilling over the top instead of through downspouts. Another repairman inspected it and told us there was no hole on one end of the house and a tiny hole on the other end which was clogged. I called American Seamless Gutter and reported the problem again. They said a service person would be out within 72-hours to inspect and correct any issues. It is day 20 and still no call and no service. Extremely disappointed.

Dale made up our contract. They replaced our gutters and we paid in full before the job was done (our mistake!). Included in the job was wood repair to fix our rotten fascia board. Dale made it sound like it was not a problem at all. Also, there is a section on their contract for "wood repair" and the measurements and the price/ft. So we didn't question it because it seemed legit. When the crew showed up and we asked about that rotten section they said "We don't do wood." The crew lead then called his boss and the boss said that they would fix it but on another date and they'd be in touch with us. They finished the job for the day and left with the gutter attached to the rotten fascia board. They came back a few weeks later and took off the gutter and just left a downspout attached to the garage. I wish I could upload pictures. Also for their quality, in the backyard they bent up our fascia to make their gutter fit. Again, I wish I could upload to this. They called once and I was at work and couldn't take the call. So i called and left a voicemail the next day on the owner, Bobby Horn's, cell phone. Still no call back from him and again, we still have just a downspout on our left side of the house to this date. If you can't do the job just tell us and refund us the money. Don't take our money and ignore it. Class F quality. Owned and operated by Firemen with 10 years of experience.

American Signature Gutters was excellent to work with. They came to my home to give me an estimate and the sales rep showed up on time and was very friendly. After obtaining another estimate that wanted $110 more, I went with American Seamless. It took about a month before they could get me in, but I understood with Florida's afternoon showers that they were behind. They did call me and get me in yesterday even though I wasn't expecting them until next week which was nice. I wasn't home for the install but they did an excellent job and the gutters look amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves, like they weren't even here. I am having them come back to do another section of my home that I forgot to mention in the original estimate. Thank you!

I called American Seamless Gutters to come out and give a quote on installing rain gutters on my home. I was up front in letting them know that I was obtaining 3 quotes and I would make a decision within 2 to 3 days. I must say the sales rep came out on the same day I called requesting a quote, he seemed nice and well informed. I informed him about the 3 quotes and he said honestly and up from he would most likely beat one of them but the other company I mentioned to him generally comes in with a lower price. For me I appreciated the honesty and was rather curious how competitive they would be on the quote.They were $400 less than the first company and $110 more than the 3rd company but because of the sales reps honesty and professionalism I decided to go with American Seamless Gutters. The gutters look great and were installed very quickly in about 4 hours on a 3400 sqft house which was impressive to me. They were a day behind on the install as they did not have enough of my color in stock, otherwise the quality is great the installation was done very well and overall I would say I am very satisfied. I would recommend these guys to anyone they were easy to work with.

I called into the phone number I found on the internet. I spoke to a women about getting quote. I emailed her the blueprints of my home and received a quote for the job. I was very interested in moving forward and need it done asap. She said that they would be able to start on the week of the 17th. I said I was fine with that as long as the job could be finished by the 14th. she said that I would need to get it in writing and I was fine with that. conversation stopped there and I her nothing for several days. I called in and spoke to a women who had no answers for me, said I would receive a phone call back to know if the job could be done. still a few days went by and nothing. I call in and was told that it can not be done when they said it could be done and I was sol. so now I have to try and find someone to get this completed last minute, because they could not even call me to tell me in advance that it could not be done.

I set up an appointment with the provider to come out for an estimate. They never showed up to the appointment.

Mr. Horn's crew came to the house on the appointment day and set to work immediately. There crew was competent and worked efficiently. The did not damage any of the shrubbery and left no material lying around. When they finished they asked me to come out and check the job. I went completely around the house and was very pleased with the job, materials used, and the condition my property was left in. I waited for the first heavy rain before writing my review and I am glad to say that the job was well done in practice. As a note I must tell you that Mr. Horn is also a firefighter and I felt good about being able to support him for the great job his company did for me.
