Description of Work: Over a year ago another carpet cleaner used a spot remover all over our carpet and did not properly extract it. Soon we had spots all over the house that two additional different carpet cleaners could do nothing about. The carpet also attracted dirt like a magnet. We decided to replace all of our carpet, but heard about Zerorez and decided to try one more time. Zerorez is unbelievable! My carpet looks brand new! Seth, the cleaner, was wonderful and did a terrific job. I cannot recommend this company and this procedure enough. I will never use any other company. These folks are so professional and personable and they have a great product. Use this company - you won't regret it.

Description of Work: I love zerorez. They do a great job, show up when they say they will and they're always available when I need them. And I wouldn't say the prices are cheap but I think probably fair and certainly competitive. My only complaint is that the carpet doesn't seem to stay clean very long. I wouldn't expect it to with a huge dog, 2 messy boys and husband but I think they say that their treatment keeps staining at bay longer than other companies. Perhaps I need to get the special treatment next time that is supposed to sort of repel future stains.

I had a very bad experience with a previous company cleaning our carpets so when I hired ZeroRez I was a little skeptical. After they did the first two rooms I was so impressed with their work I had them finish the house. Highly recommended to anyone.
