Description of Work: Greg Crum of Watson Realty gave me a grand tour of all the neighborhoods in St. Augustine--telling me the pluses and minuses of each. Once we zeroed in on an area, he helped me pick the perfect home--then walked me through the long crazy process from signing a contract to closing.
